Most likely the boys will binge watch the Santa Clause trilogySounds like hot chocolate time!!!
And this sounds like a perfect day. What Christmas movie? I have the Santa Clause on right now. It was either that or White Christmas but I've already watched WC 3 times this season, so I picked one I haven't watched.

They're from the prerefrigeration era. They keep light and air out so the bread doesn't go stale. I have one because some gf breads don't do well in the frige and we go through loaves pretty quickly hereOK question about bread. If you look back decades and decades ago people had bread boxes that they put loaves of bread in. Anyone know what that was about. I know one of my Grans had one.

Me too! or almond, cashew or walnut butterPeanut butter powder? I think it's much more fun just eating peanut butter straight up from the jar!!

Good morning it's less than 8 hours until the carp is supposed to start and still no clue where the rain/snow line is setting up. No worries because I'm staying in and cooking and baking today. Let's see a big pot of gravy(tomato sauce), baked ziti, spaghetti squash, italian bread, banana bread, sauteed cauliflower, applesauce bread(note to self bring up apples), rice and beans(another recipe that will be in my will) and maybe the first batch of cookies I'm thinking almond. The boys are putting up the tree this year

We're only getting 1-3 inches at some point tonight into tomorrow morning. It will be pretty, but will probably just melt in a day or so. No snowy Christmas landscape for us yet . . .

Peanut butter powder? I think it's much more fun just eating peanut butter straight up from the jar!!
Dip your finger in the jar and scoop out the peanut butter and just eat it. I live alone so I can do that.

It would keep those random critters out too. My grandma would put stuff in there when the winter would bring in a mouse's appearance.

At 6 this morning I couldn't see our storage building across the yard from the snow blowing so hard.The snow has finally made it's way here. It will be interesting to see how much we get!
