I hadn't before, but, that makes sense. She spends way to much on herself. It's time for her to protect the nation where she spends most of her money anyway.I'm sure you also think @JenniferS should pay for it

I've never had the commercial version but did make my aunt's recipe once and from what I remember it was a bit heavy, sweet and a little sticky. We made it in an empty coffee can. Haven't done it since I was a kid.
Good morning, not really but I'm trying to look on the bright side. It's cold, the weather people still have no clue where the rain snow line is going to be and I have to dodge holiday shoppers. I may stop at the fabric store and a wine shop. That may help
Do you not have anyone who could help shovel you out? We don't get a lot of snow here, but when we do, I shovel my neighbor's walkway because she doesn't appear to have a shovel herself and her elderly mother walks over all the time and I'd hate for her to fall and break something. So I shovel and salt for her.
I would comment on this but Mrs Ferret might just kill meThat is nice. I can do my share of chatting, but my wife is the real on who chats a lot.
I see that basic math is not your forte.Huh. That's what my data says, but it also says that on December 1, they were 4.08, which is a .04% increase.
Besides, and, correct me if I'm wrong, but a 0.7% difference in interest rates seems like a pretty significant difference. For a $300,000 30 year mortgage at 3.3% verses 4% is a difference in payments of about $1800 per year. For higher mortgages, the difference would be even higher.
Same thing with inflation. A rate of 2% is considered normal inflation and what the Federal Reserve targets, whereas 1.3% is low inflation, and the Fed night consider dropping interest rates.
That's just why I'm confused as to why you'd say a 0.7% drop is small. Maybe since you're the expert you could clarify?
Good luck dodging the holiday shoppers. I thought about going out today, but I'm going to shop at Target.com instead!
You are so right, The Phantom is my favorite play of all times. I'm drawn to the music.that sounds like an awesome night.
What is it with puppies and door stoppers!
No, no , no, to the snow, snow, snow!We have similar forecasts but today it feels like 8. The weatherman says that we will have "plowable" snow.
Can I have your brussel sprouts then?Sounds a little disgusting. But if I had to choose between that or @donaldtoo or @Goofyernmost 's Brussel sprouts..canned bread would be the winner.
Oh I don't think they know I do it...it just magically gets done. Pixie dust and all that. But I'm sure they appreciate that SOMEONE does it, even if they don't know who. That is really sweet of you, I'm sure they both appreciate it.
I'm a Hoop Dee Doo fan. It's fun and funny. The strawberry shortcake is really good too, along with the corn bread and chicken. Mostly , if you like corny humor, you will love it.So which dinner show would you choose? Spirit of Aloha or Hoop-Dee-Doo?
Thanks, we will be very busy for a time.Oy. I'm sorry. Will keep you and yours in my prayers.
I'm all for that, I don't know what is down the road. Hoping for the best.Yep. We had a real 'original' type day here too. What the heck?
Can we just skip to Spring of 2017?
Maybe, I don't want to be your house guestNot if you have windows where you can throw things out.
Is this the place where he just moved because they increased the rent so much? Is it even legal? Aren't there restrictions on how much you can raise rent in a certain time period and laws about contracts so they can't just kick him out to bring in a higher paying tenant? It seems wildly unfair and unethical for a property owner to behave in this way.0Doin' a little shoppin' this afternoon.
DWifey's office Christmas party is tonight, so she's lookin' for a new outfit, and I just bought 4 shirts at cost from my clothing store closer place.
Turns out he's having to close the store in the outdoor mall location because a restaurant wants the space. And, now the space he had to move to in the regular mall is going to be leased by someone who'll pay even more money, so he's havin' to move to yet another location in the mall.
The craziness of it all. Sheesh...!
It wasn't bad, we were at the store James needed to go to bright and early. he managed to get some really nice things for not too much money, which he needs to pay me back. then I made him do some mall walking then we hit the fabric store(thread was buy one get one free plus 20% off coupon) then I stopped and got some wine one the way home also on saleGood luck dodging the holiday shoppers. I thought about going out today, but I'm going to shop at Target.com instead!
