If anyone wants so understand which side is correct in this ongoing love/hate battle concerning cold, winter and snow. Have you ever once heard anyone say "Be safe" when someone posts "we got a minor drizzle of rain last night and the ground was all wet this morning"? I'll answer that for you.... NO, no one has ever said that because if god had meant humans to dwell in ice (which snow is) we would have been born with spikes growing out of our feet. I rest my case!

As far as I understand, the Garden of Eden, was not covered with snow.

another pic that makes no sense.. the flowers and bottom area are heavily lit like the light came from behind the photographer.. but yet.. the sun is on the back, also leaving no light traces or flares.. o_o

Thank you. I just like pretty or interesting pictures. I don't give a hoot about all the hoohaw a photgrapher did/does as long as that picture says wow. I like tulips too. We plant them around my dad's headstone.

Love this, now I need fresh flowers. Is anyone beside's me hating that it's 4pm and dark? We have clouds, but I'm not liking no daylight!

Tulips in a vase would be pretty. Dark at 4:50 today.

I'm doing this for hubby's surprise Thanksgiving breakfast, along with a cheese and cracker turkey. I love food crafts, you get to eat what you make!

And if it's not quite perfect you eat it anyway. Am I right?

In response to @Cesar R M, I'm guessing the foregrounds in those pics were lit by the photogs, otherwise they would have been lost and, the photogs wanted to highlight them, as well, because they probably thought it would add interest to the shot, which I think it does. Just MHO.

Remember this pic I posted a while back of a sunset from my folks driveway? You can barely make out anything in the foreground...

My three favorite flowers are peonies, daffodils, and tulips. Spring and early summer are the best flower times for me.

I've been overruled by majority vote on stopping. Nitpickyness over such a trivial thing is just mindboggling at times.
