I took your comment under advisement, and ran it past my consultant, Jack. He, as a dog, and I, as his human, both respectfully disagree. It is quiet now, and we're enjoying our time here, while I drink coffee and play merrily on the computer, and he plays with one of his (many) toys that he dragged up here. We are both quite content and think you should give early mornings another try!!

That sounds like a good morning to me!

Ha! I passed ... and I've only been married to a Canadian for 21 years.
You, Sir, are full of excuses.

Just look at how well I did on YOUR test.
Gee, that seems like a fair comparison. An actual Canadian Citizen misses 4 out of (what was it) 16? I didn't see what you did with the US one, but, since you seem to spend as much time in the States as you do in Canada, it wouldn't surprise me if you did well. I missed 10 of the US ones I ashamed to say, however 2 of them were caused by the way they distinguished the two parts of the government. The called the House of Representatives Senators. I always knew them as only two qualifications. Senators were in the senate and Congressmen were in the House of Representatives. That may be just how my family used to think about it. But, still no excuse especially seeing how generally easy most of the questions were, for those of us that live here.

The Canadian test requires 75% to pass. The U.S., only 60%.
Just pointing out, that so far, I am the only person to have passed both. ;)

I did post my U.S. score. I got 14 wrong, scoring 85% compared to the average score of 83%.

Good for you.. maybe you can apply for duel citizenship unless they find out that you don't eat tomatoes. We're sticklers for that. ;)

I'm overqualified to be Murcan...

100%You answered 96 of 96 questions correctly
for a total score of 100%.

...but I'm a bad Canadian. Some of the 10 I got right were just guesses.

Could You Pass The Canadian Citizenship Test?
You got 10 out of 16 right!
  1. YOU FAILED
Passing the Canadian citizenship test requires that you get at least 75% of the questions correct. You’ve evidently FAILED. You bad Canadian, you.

Wow. The only problem with that is now the school year will extend well into June for her.

Meanwhile, I hope she's enjoying the time off. I absolutely loved snow days as a kid. :joyfull: :joyfull: I've often thought that when the schools are shut down, businesses should also close. (I wish I was a kid again . . . does being in my second childhood count? o_O )
auch, not a big fan of when they do this.
specially If I had a trip outside my country already planned and bought.
thankfully my directors were always good persons to talk with.. and I did the exams earlier once.

I don't really know anything about ebay, but is there any way to report a thief to the ebay web administrators (I think that's what you call them), so that others won't be victimized as well?
This is not Ebay.
Also since the guy isnt even from Mexico and the guy does not want to pay using MercadoLibre's protected payment. They can do nothing.
Still, I want to know these guys and perhaps report the to the FBI.
Who knows how many people they have defrauded already..

I just thought of something....

**I'm not sure how Disney is making a live action Jungle Book with a bear, tiger and other animals. Seems kind of stupid when all the animals have to be animated.
**Bobby Iger received $45 million last year. What do you do with that?
**Do you think Cinderella will be like the fairy tale by the Grimm Bros? Though certain parts will be like the Saw movies which I've only seen the trailers. (I'm kidding btw, Disney won't do that)
they could go with the GRIMM version (aka the fantasy-monster series in syfy channel).
It could be like a mixture of Once Upon a Time + horror.

Just curious: where or (what name) was the restaurant? That item looks like something you could get in a few different locations, so I was just wondering. (Actually, I'm jealous I'm not there, so I'm trying to vicariously live through your vacation, meals and all . . .). ;)
I initially thought The Land, but the tables are wrong.

So much for my New Year's resolution to eat better.
I think I have been following the Special K diet.

I think I'm Special, and therefore it must be oK to eat everything in sight.

Joining a program on Tuesday or Wednesday. Very restrictive, but very effective.

I just can't seem to get my ship together.
Might as well start off with a bang, before settling in for the long haul of moderating my intake and increasing my activity.
I need to drop 20 pretty quickly though, as I have absolutely ZERO work clothes that fit.

Sorry to hear you're on the Special K diet. I think I'm perpetually on the seafood program (I see food and I eat it . . .) :cautious: :p "Over the lips, down the tongue, look out tummy, here it comes!!" :D
