Lucky you, never been on any of these jumbos.Smallest plane I was ever in Cessna 150 largest 747. I felt safer in the Cessna
is this fanart or real official disney merchandise? Is this not the cutest thing ever
Do we need to fight for THAT chocolate?Mmm, chocolate.
I dont know about this guy, has he bad reputation?
Worse, one burned right inside an airplane.. while getting shutdown.I read or heard on the news somewhere that the newer Samsungs were catching fire while in airplane mode. Is that what this is?
I agree with you..There were various Uber drivers that showed up at resorts while we were there. When we checked out of our resort, we waited that evening for my friend's husband to pick us up from CBR for a couple of hours and there were 3 different uber drivers that pulled up outside where the luggage check is to either pick people up or drop them off. No one ever said anything or made the uber drivers leave. There were also a few outside of the Poly while we waited one night. So I don't think it's necessarily who they "allow". I mean, the number of people who rent cars, or drive, or have family or friends who come pick them up, it would be kind of hard to say you can only use Mears. That would mean no one could drive their own car anymore. DH wouldn't use uber at all, but is there a way to tell an uber driver from just any person driving their own car?
better safe than sorry. you dont want a flying mickey hit you square in the face as the last thing you remember before waking up in a hospitalSteve has posted that the parks are possibly closing at 5 tonight and all day tomorrow.
hopefully they wont lose more than a day on the cruise. $$$.Well, both DDs are currently in Epcot for F&W.
They had planned a cruise with members of their workout group about 6 months ago.
They had planned this day at Disney and then the cruise was supposed to depart tomorrow morning, but, apparently has only been delayed by a day. They are staying at a friend (the one we met up with in Epcot after the Princess 5K) from the groups house that lives in Orlando.
As a result of Matthew they will be hunkering down at her place tomorrow, as well, and then are scheduled to cruise one day late on Saturday morning. The cruise will be cut short by that one day. They have each been given vouchers to use on the cruise as a result.
They face timed me earlier this morning as they were entering Epcot. It was pretty funny...!!!
Stay safe my silly dears...!!!!!
And it also gives cleanup crews a chance to get to the parks before opening on Saturday.better safe than sorry. you dont want a flying mickey hit you square in the face as the last thing you remember before waking up in a hospital
I know; I'm having trust issues with them right now. My mom needs a new phone, and she's had a Samsung the past three years and really likes it. She wants another Samsung (and needs something under $200 since we're on pay as you go)...but I'm definitely wary of them given the battery issues. Thinking maybe she should get an LG or Motorola phone instead just to be safe.Worse, one burned right inside an airplane.. while getting shutdown.
Seems not all batteries of the replacement were correctly tested.
This is a huge bad for Samsung.
I swear im not going to trust any samsung cell phone with an embedded and unremovable battery.
Jim Shore, look him up he does some wonderful disney items. My favorite is the HM pieceis this fanart or real official disney merchandise?
He's the guy the weather Channel sends into the worst area of the really bad stormsI dont know about this guy, has he bad reputation?
How much phone does she need and how much does she use it. I have an alcatel from HSN track phone. The phone and a year of service cost me under $100. I can call and text, no charge if you use wifi for data. It's not fancy but it works and I seem to get reception where some of the fancier phones don'tI know; I'm having trust issues with them right now. We're going for a midrange Android smartphone. She does use and need the smartphone functions. I've been looking at unlocked phones elsewhere to see prices for unlocked phones. If it weren't for the battery issue, a Samsung phone would be perfect, but the history just makes me wary. How much phone does she need and how much does she use it. I hope your dad is safe, where he is. It's sounding really serious today.Stay safe. I have been texting my dad today (he lives about 1 -1 1/2 hours north of Orlando) asking him about his emergency plan. He says he has a "few" things and some bottled water. He's never been in a hurricane before, I don't think he knows what to expect. Even with the last big tropical storm that hit Florida it didn't impact him, but this has more of a possibility of getting by him. So, I told him to prep like a blizzard (not the Dairy Queen kind) is coming so that may help him a little.
Thank you so much for the list. Hubby is going to print this. Great recommendations. It all sounds really good. Now, I can't wait!Since you asked here is what we had booth by booth (take of it what you will) I will indicate if we liked it or not.... And we really only had food, I had a couple beer samplers but I know you don't like beer... (Also we ate all this over 3 days and really only ate at Epcot for most of our meals, but yes we were pigs.

Canada: both the beef filet and the cheese soup were EXCELLENT!
Hope my list didn't bore you too much. And now I'm really hungry.....
That's great news, disney taking care of their quests.A former student from 20 years ago who has now become a close friend and colleague (she also now teaches band) is at Disney right now. Their flight back to Maryland was cancelled. Disney is allowing them to stay in their room through Saturday (free of charge) at Coronado Springs. They are currently at the lounge at Coronado getting the free drinks (Hurricane Happy Hour is until 10pm). I would definitely rather be in The World during a hurricane than most other places on a beautiful day.
Color me a little jealous. No... a lot jealous.
Good for you. I hope you stay safe, with the coming storm.Tonight's dinner naan and chutneys and of course an assortment of salads. Our celebration dinner because we're not getting invaded with friends and family I may even have a light mojito.
