Why oh why did I agree to work the middle school volleyball game tonight? Good thing is that it starts at 5 so I should be home by 7. I just want to sit in my comfy chair.

Math is fine. Three hour math classes are NOT fine.
Although, a couple of people probably remember the semester I took statistics and spent the whole semester complaining about it...
. Still my lowest grade in college. I've done fine in business classes that incorporated math, though

It's so random whether you're supposed to use the chip or not. There are stores that have the chip readers, and then they tell you, "Oh sorry, you have to swipe."
Target and Best Buy seem to be the only two places with consistently working chip readers.

I laughed out loud when I read that. But I was thinking the same thing this morning, but not while at work -- on the train ride IN to work! (I hadn't even arrived at work, and was wanting to go home!

Oh, I've been there and done that in the past. Working takes so much of the day, I never felt I had any time to myself. And I worked half day on Saturday, too. Hubby was in college, and I was the only wage earner. Those were tough times. We needed the extra money, so it was a 5 1/2 day for me.I laughed out loud when I read that. I've got to ask...other than Gabe being absent, I understand. Everyone needs to grieve in their own time. What has happened to Chit Chat?
Do you mean that it got a bit quieter over the holiday weekend, or just today, because it's the day after the holiday--some people are back to school or back to work.
