Yup, she was pouting. She's not in a terrible mood, though. But then again, the neighbor was there almost every day, we had something painted while we were gone, so there was somebody there, and my dad came home mid trip (which probably confused her) so she was getting a good bit of attention. But yes, she was pouting.

I've no idea how she'll react when I'm gone in January.

We're going to the Orioles game today, and there will probably be rain delays, so we'll be gone for a good bit today. She'll probably whine when we get home.
pretty sure she will forgive you after a good row of snuggling, petting and cuddling!

Honey crisp apples are the only ones I have problems with. All others are okay. My allergies can be weird like that. I am also allergic to mandarin oranges, but all others are okay. No, I can't figure me out either.
For 17 years, my Dr. said I was put together backwards. I have had responses to drugs and other things opposite from other people. I say I'm the canary in the mine, if I can last...anyone can!

Those are the two things I have never understood about phone manufacturers. They make these phones thinner, lighter, and with more features we don't need. I don't need a thinner phone; I need one that I can take swimming and that makes my portable power pack unnecesary.
Just like clothes, who wants to wear three t-shirts at a time to be decent? It's a money grab for sure!

Anyone report that violation to the public health department? We had a supermarket out here recently that was reported, and the health department shut them down for days until the store came back up to code.
They leave their doors open until late in the night. I guess we have very relaxed rules out here. Most stores out here do that. Seems weird to me. But that's the norm.:confused:

Regarding those Lays chips with different flavors that you and @ajrwdwgirl were discussing, once again, you must be in a test market for those flavors. I've never seen those out here. This drives me crazy when certain foods or beverages are distributed to other areas of the country, and we don't have them!! :banghead: I may or may not like the flavors, but I'd be curious to try them.
Same for us. We are several month's behind in getting new products, if at all.

You'd hate it here!! There is so much stuff, even just things in the basics categories, that we don't have. And they keep discontinuing stuff. Like...last week, I discovered that they no longer stock a single brand of condensed tomato soup, which I use in my chili. Now I have to buy twice the cans of the stuff you just warm up, which is more expensive. And while we have the cheeto brand here, they have never had the crunchy variety, which is the only one I like. Going to the grocery store in the US was almost as much fun as going to Disney! Just the produce alone...wow...and cuts of meat I can't get here. We have very little selection over here and certainly nothing fancy like all the potato chip flavors!
We are very spoiled in this country. I'm sorry your country can't supply the things you need.

That's exactly it. They've made it unattainable for the majority of people who would want to experience Disney. So they are bleeding right now because everyone is going to the other parks instead, when, if they would just have reasonable prices, people would flock there to take advantage of it. If you are charging 500 per night in a resort, and it's only half full, that's half the resort that's making you no money. Whereas if you reduced it to 350 a night, you might have a full resort and you'd be making way more than you make at 500 with only half the reservations. 350 is way better than zero! Why do they not get this concept?
Well, the park prices are pretty close to the same thing, but, the hotel space is outrageous. I know that many love to be on the site, but, the difference in the cost of staying on as opposed to off is enough to finance two trips to WDW. One can still go to Disney if they could give up the feeling that they needed to stay onsite to enjoy the experience. I didn't discover this in some brightly lit moment. I just started, by requirement, to stay offsite and have done it ever since. That is how I have been able to go there 45 times.

I don't ever feel like I am missing out on anything. I save money in offsite housing, offsite dining and still have a great time in the parks. However, for a day its about the same thing for Disney or Uni in the parks.

I am totally at a loss to understand how anyone can go there and stay for two weeks anyway. I get mouse overload and if I haven't cleared the doors in 5 days, they have to cart me off in a very tight jacket and into a well padded room. I cannot deal with that place for very long. I get bored and must see and do other things that don't have a rodents tail attached. I love the place, but, for limited amount of time.
