Yes please!!!!
You can't compare the two though. Chef Mickeys is more about meeting characters than food.
Yes, we went for breakfast on one of our off days.Have y'all been able to visit the resort since it opened as AoA?
When we stayed in a Cars family suite in July of '12, the only sections open were Nemo and Cars. Those two sections were very cool, but, we've not been back since The Lion King and Little Mermaid sections were completed.
Christmas Day in Magic Kingdom is awesome...crowded but awesome.Wow it sounds like a fantastic way to eat and spend Christmas at Disney. I told hubby if we ever have a Christmas Eve/Day where he doesn't have to work we will spend it at WDW. I think it would be so awesome to do the Candlelight Processional on Christmas Eve. And if we did that we would probably eat at the Biergarten. But unless he changes churches, which we aren't looking to do, we will have to wait until retirement. For some reason, I think the congregation expects the pastor to lead services on Christmas! So they wouldn't be happy with him taking vacation that day.
Good! I've seen a few silly people drinking around the world. Nobody loud or obnoxious, just silly. The funniest was a group of you gentlemen wearing shirts with check boxes next to each country. They had checked off a few countries when it started to rain. Guess who didn't use a sharpie and had ink running down their shirts. A small bit of planning would have prevented that, one word Sharpie![]()
Add me in. We get the lake effect snow carp that piles up.We have a pretty big group of snow and cold haters!![]()
considering the prices.. Id agree lol.I wonder if this means, they aren't getting a lot of visitor's.
amen on yak and yeti.I have not tried any of these yet but the next time I return to the World out of those it will be Nomad Lounge and at least an adult beverage from Jock's. The reviews I've seen on a whole of the Canteen I'm kinda underwhelmed. Tiffins I'm not likely to eat there. I didn't like the menu, portions or the prices. If that changes I of course would reconsider that.Still for a TS I am a big fan of Yak and Yeti. There are so many signature restaurants that I believe deliver more ambiance and better values for the price. I'd like to return to Flying Fish again someday.
interesting how the weather changes.Out for me. We are celebrating hubby's birthday tonight with the kids and grandkids. It isn't until Aug. 11. But the kids school starts Monday. Summer is over for us. We've had two nights in the 50's. Oh boy.Have a good evening everyone.

I always eat there at least once. Love the shrimp! plus it has good seating with views outside.Colombia harbor House is great.
laziness and money. I bet they knew the wilderness would cover it all so not need to raze it.How 'bout it? Just look at how long WoL has been abandoned.
The worst thing I cannot wrap my brain around is River Country. Why Why not raze that mosquito breeding ground? I just don't understand the need to let that continue to rot at Ft Wilderness.

While I am big on characters I dunno about doing them while eating. I did at the Disney Wonder and.. well, since I cant "talk" to them, our interaction was just quick photos and some basic jokingYou can't compare the two though. Chef Mickeys is more about meeting characters than food.
I concur with this idea.Well as long as you're sugar daddy of the universe, how about taking all of your best friends from the Chit Chat Chit Chat Thread???![]()
It's a little different here in our heat wave up here. Mornings and evenings have been very hot and humid. And I have distance walks to and from public transportation; so while the transit, itself, is a/c, the walks and waiting out on sidewalks and platforms for the transit to show up is outside in the sun and gross. Sweat pours down my back with the high humidity and I start to feel weak. Can't wait for the horrid summer to end.
