as in missing or angry because you were nowhere to pet her?

or because of the remodeling of the kitchen? or who was remodeling? I remember someone mentioned remodeling and their pet went into hiding in fear.
That was Belle. We remodelled in January and she refused to come out. The August trip she yelled because we were gone two weeks.

Exactly! Now she is just mad at us because her cousins are here. They followed her back from her stay while we were in Disneyland. My sister and her daughter left for WDW for two weeks a couple days before we came back. We take care of her dogs and she takes care of ours. Her husband is still at home but he works 12 hour days and one of her dogs is getting older so bathroom times are important, so we still take her dogs even if the husband stays home.

Anyway, Kapono gets along with her cousins and luckily they all eat the same food so that isn't a problem. But they tend to eat out of each other's bowls. She will eat our of their bowl and then get jealous and come running and push them aside when they start eating out of her bowl. It is kind of funny.

Walt tends to have the same baby sitters if we are gone or if I just need someone to let him out midday. The day my Dad passed we all left with backpacks stuffed, not knowing how long we'd be gone. The sheriff let him out and walked him during the day. Walt knows what suitcases mean and he always becomes sad. So when we were home by evening he actually looked stunned that it was us that came around the corner.

When we take vacations we have a Pet Sitter that comes 3 times a day and feeds, takes Rex out to do his business and walk him. She is really good with animals and the first time they met Rex liked her right away.

I have a more friend to friend relationship with my parents than that of parent to kid relationship. I did however need some guidance in the early teen years and they provided me with that, but also always in a loving way. I think my Dad actually may be the first to break down or lose it. He of course will not do it in front of my roommates family, but he will. I will definitely be texting and visiting home as well, butI also want to enjoy the experience.

Yep, I think both the tears of my DD and mine were not of sadness just a whole lot of different emotions pooling up. I'm not a cryier and neither is she, we are both pretty stoic. But nothing makes me loose it more than someone else's tears. My Dad passed just before Fathers Day. I made it through that all that goes with it. My Sis read his Eulogy. She got choked up, tears. (she is a tough cookie and quite the attorney, she doesn't loose it often) Again me with tears for her loosing it. With my DD we were both fine in 15 minutes.

It gets harder to go back and forth too once you are in courses for your major. There were times my DD came home more frequently and others the workload didn't allow for it. Will your boyfriend also be attending Boston?

whats your opinion on the new stage show? XD
I'm not the person to ask. I barely watch the castle shows.

It was nice, however, for them to use the newer stuff (Princess and the Frog, Tangled) as opposed to sticking with the old stuff. There was a faorly obvious gap, however, where you could tell Louis the Alligator was planned to come out...and didn't.

I just remembered one of my very first glimpse of Walt Disney World was from an old Wonderful World Of Disney Christmas Special from the late 90's. I don't remember what year it was, but I remember it featured Mickey talking to some people and I remember it ending with Mickey walking out of Cinderella Castle and saying "Thanks Santa" as he's waving at the sky. I vividly remember what it was from, but I remember it either featured a crowd of Disney character waving at him or it showed Santa's sly flying past it. Does anyone know what I', talking about?

Wedge salads are very popular at high end steakhouses where everything is A la carte but they are not served with ranch dressing.

IKEA in their cafeteria sells a decent Wedge Salad. $1.75 and it has blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese and crunched up fresh bacon. Tasty! :hungry:

Outback has a good wedge salad that I've had a few times. Blue/bleu cheese dressing with cheese crumbles of same...sooo darn tasty...! :hungry:

Yikes !!!!!! :jawdrop:
yep, which is absolutely insane considering Mexico produces oil.
Want to know the kicker? our government is so corrupt, they get money from US corporations (Exxon, etc..) so they NEVER build refineries in Mexico.
so pretty much Mexico sends almost all the oil PEMEX extracts, sends it to USA refineries, and then they ship it back to Mexico.
Pretty sure that way Mexico loses like 40% to 70% of all the oil earnings.
hell, there are now PEMEX gas stations in some towns in the south of the USA. And they are all cheaper than the other companies, because Mexican gas is also lower quality.

so imagine that! 4 USD.. for worse quality gas...

Supposedly Louis should be already there.
there are shows in youtube where he is there.

My Dad is much more the emotional one so I see him breaking down and then that will lead to my Mom and Me. My boyfriend will be entering his Junior year at the University of Virginia. So I have already had the adjustment of him going off to college and leaving me back in High School for months.
