FYI - Even with parental controls, you need to be careful Google imaging "Hot guys building snowmen".

Some of snowmen are not snowmen.
Some of the guys are not hot.
Some of the not-hot guys are not dressed.

Govern yourself accordingly.
I think that I can speak for everyone here when I say how much we appreciate that you are willing risk your own snow white morals in an effort to warn us of possible evil temptations.:jawdrop: Bravo! You never stop caring about others do you?:joyfull: Doesn't matter... I still don't trust Canadians, eh! ;)

In weird news from last week, Liam Neeson said his films Taken has put off Americans traveling to Europe.

“Just the other day I got a letter from a school teacher in Texas who had tried to take 60 students to Europe and the families of 40 of them got the kids out of it because they had seen Taken 2.

“And then this year she wanted to take 20 of them and the parents all said, ‘No because we’ve seen that movie!’,” Neeson told The Graham Norton Show.

And then I added a funny clip.

sounds scary as hell D:
Indeed, ice brings a whole new dynamic to winter driving. Overnight we had another 1.5 inches again Slurpee type slush. Town didn't salt or plow yesterday, still hasn't today and while it is not much snow at all it is all crunchy ice snow, looks like one big snow cone splat'd in the the road. Backing out of driveway is a challenge. :cautious:

14 days until National Snowman Day. :geek:

We are doing our part to prepare. Inch yesterday, 2 inches today, tomorrow night-early Tuesday morning up to seven inches. Gathering all the ingredients for a snowman.

Should we have a snowman building contest? Eligibility Criteria-Snow, it even snows in Hawaii

One reason why WDW works so well for me is because I rely 100% of their transportation; I don't want to rent a car. I've rented years ago when it wasn't quite so manic on the roads down there (I've stayed in the Hotel Plaza cluster of hotels, as well as over in 192 in Kissimmee, and few times up in Orlando). At this point, I'm too scared to even think of navigating myself around in a car down there, with all the heavy traffic and unfamiliar roads, etc.

The last time we rented a car was when my entire family hit WDW for Christmas and my DD was small and my Sis was pregnant, Dad need a new Hip. Used to report, to MCO half way through to deposit parents and back ourselves 10 days after that to MCO.

Town Cars or DME after that. Tourists scare me, seen too many right hand turns from left hand turn lane.

OK here is the stats my DD was spewing yesterday evening.... @Goofyernmost

Top Five States the people are rapidly moving to in volume.....

Oregon followed by
South Carolina,
North Carolina,
Vermont and
Florida

Top 5 states that people want the heck out of and are rapidly fleeing....

New Jersey
New York
Illinois
North Dakota and
West Virginia

West Virginia surprised me a bit but that state seems to be slow to recover from the recession, top 4 didn't surprise me at all in the flee the state category.

If they are moving rapidly to Vermont someone needs to tell the statisticians because the population is getting smaller and smaller. Those that do move there have heard about how beautiful the state is (and it is) as long as you don't mind cold and snow for 6 months out of the year, enormously expensive housing, if it is available, and a cost of living that would make Donald Trump moan.

I can tell you where the population of Vermont is heading and that is to North Carolina. I'm one of them and I could almost establish a little Vermont just with the people that I have met from there since I moved.

Edit: I just went and looked and the population of Vermont has slightly climbed every year since 2010. Likely the residents moving and young trying to move in. Boy that is an overall low population state. Chalk up another thing I learned today.

It was from Forbes. I can believe the Illinois, we all want out, some for warmth others for a state that can get their act together financially. My wild guess in the aftermath of two jailed governors in a row is it will take the state 20 years to right the ship if they started today.

My kids had friends that went to school in Vermont and apparently housing around the University was nutsville prices and a general lack of any apartment housing available so they dorm'd it for 4 years.
