How is Jack doing? Poor puppy.

Hi Bets. Jack thanks you for asking about him--he's waving his paw at you. He's doing a bit better today and I'm hoping that this trend will last until he's completely well. Like all dogs, he's had other odd stuff happen to him over the years, and he's always pulled through eventually. So we're keeping an eye on him and taking it a day at a time.

As I'm sitting here with a glass of orange juice and bag of Cheetos (dinner . . . ), one Cheeto fell to the floor and he lunged at it. That's a good sign in general. Once he stops jumping and lunging at flying food, then we'll know it's serious; but apparently, I don't think we have anything to worry about yet!

Yes thank you. It is mushy and messy but we actually did better with this one. Overnight Lake Gabe went down to a big puddle. I went already and picked up small branches in the front of the house. I have one 15 x 15 garden where a Christmas Tree once lived and it is filled with bark with landscaping border. 75% of the bark has floated out a good 20 feet away all over the place. So lots of messes to clean up but I consider myself blessed.

Well you know, a well-fed employee is a happy employee. And a happy employee, is a productive employee. I've often "mentioned" that to my bosses . . .

Oh, we had a great spread this morning for a retiree's party. Lots of delicious breakfast food (hot eggs, bacon, home fries), and then a ton of pastry, yogurts, and other selections left over--which everyone was nibbling on for hours afterwards in the break room.

So we are here!

It took a while to get into the park, but we got in. We had to buy our passes and then get the DAS, and then eat lunch. Our first ride was Radiator Springs Racers on the DAS. Second was California Screamin', which only had a 20 minute wait. We did Silly Symphony Swings, which was about 5 minutes, and then TofT, which was about 20. It's not crowded today.

Back at the room, getting lugagge and putting on different shirts, and then we have a FP for Soarin'. Then we're off to DL for the evening.

No WiFi in the parks, and hotel wifi is carp, so probably no pics until I get home. @Cesar R M Oswald was in the front of DCA today, but didn't get a pic.

Hi all we had a water park day today: blizzard beach. And mini golf at winter summer land.

Now we are at animal kingdom waiting for the jungle book show. We had some bites at the nomad lounge....Yum!
