I'm sorry to hear this. Life with allergies can get difficult. I'm mostly allergic to trees, grass, molds, and a few other things, like lamb. I don't eat lamb, so it's no problem to me. The dairy thing is another issue, I love ice cream. But, there are some pretty good ones at the super market. I like chocolate mocha almond fudge. I can't find it anymore in our stores, so I'm bummed out for the summer.
Sympathy like, you need better super markets!

Probably wouldn't have stopped my mother. When she came out of the hospital after her surgery and first chemo treatment, she had been in the hospital for a few days and of course hadn't been allowed to smoke. She said she didn't even FEEL like smoking...so she lit one up to prove to herself she didn't really need it. And she was back to a pack a day.
Sorry, I don't like the pain after surgery. I'm glad I never started. Plus, today it's so expensive.

My lawn isn't getting mowed today because it's now raining. Cold, wet and the boys are stuck inside together:(:banghead: Come here little groundhog:D
I think I'm finished with your cooking pot. Cook away. Sorry for the bad weather. Florida has been getting hammered too, with too much rain. It rained the day we left and is still raining. Glad we missed that. Although, it wouldn't have kept us inside.

Good morning everyone. More pictures after this story about Disney and it's guests. When you think you have seen everything at Disney....someone does something that "takes" the cake. First story....hubby went to the bathroom, a grandpa came in with his grandson, he proceeds to the adult urinals and the kid goes to the small ones for kids. The grandfather looks over and says, oh my God. His grandson is licking the flusher at the urinal. That story tickled my funny bone. Next story is...:eek::oops::oops::rolleyes::rolleyes:.....so we are one Pirates ride, the little boy is in front of us, is saying pee, pee daddy. Dad asks wife if he can hold the boy out of the boat to do his business. She says, no you can't do that...so....he takes the kids pants down and he goes in the boat! The floor was completely wet. More crazy stuff you don't plan to see at Disney. Now, day two's pictures..View attachment 145234 View attachment 145235 View attachment 145236View attachment 145237View attachment 145238

Deluxe burgers.:hungry::hungry::hungry:View attachment 145240 View attachment 145241

Two things....so the boy on pirates peed in your boat?! How did you not lose it? I definitely would have said something if I was in the boat with them. I would rather the kid peed into the water.

And second...what type of burgers did you have at deluxe burger? Is one of them chicken? How was it?

I'm almost totally done! Last ADR was finally made after the JB/ROL disaster. Just a bit longer before we can make fps and ADRs at UNI. BTW where did you eat there and how was it?

Last ADR, yay! I made some modifications to our plan last night, we finally decided not to do a dining package for jungle book but just stick with fast pass.

Last time I was in the Universal area I went to City Walk and we ate at Margaritaville. I am a big jimmy Buffett fan, but the food there is good. Nif your boys like wings the Waimea wings are fantastic and the volcano nachos are yummy and it is a huge serving!

Both of my parents smoked, although my dad hid it and still hides it today. My sister smokes, she gave it up while she was pregnant but took it up again as soon as she left the hospital. I wasn't ever tempted to start, I wanted to waste my money in other ways (Disney stuff).

$6 for a full pint of strawberries. Well worth it, too. The strawberries are red through, juicy and flavorful. Unlike the ones DH brought home from his open air produce market, that many think is a farmer's market. Nope, just brought in from the produce wholesale in the city.
The asparagus was $4 for a bunch. Again, well worth it. Best asparagus I have ever had. And that is from a non-asparagus lover.

Not necessarily together ;), but, I love both strawberries and asparagus...! :hungry: :)

Oh, just rub it in, why don't you.

Our local Applebees had a great outdoor area that I do miss this time of year. There is a square that often has live music right there, so it would be a nice evening. Now it is turning into a pancake restaurant that will only be open for breakfast and lunch.

Booooo! Sympathy like.
Unfortunately, ours doesn't have an outdoor area...it's surrounded by parking lot.
Although, there are plenty of places around here that do have outdoor dining. :)
