and then I saw this in the comment section:

"My parents probably would have done something like that if I'd really misbehaved. As long as they didn't return it over a minor incident I don't see the problem.

I remember when I was in Walt Disney World earlier this year, and I saw a 4 hour line to meet characters from "Frozen." I commented to a friend that my parents never would have waited in a line like that just to meet chatacters. He said, "I bet if you threw a tantrum they'd have waited." My response was, "Are you kidding? If I threw a tantrum we'd have left the park immediately!"

The music was pretty awesome.

Did you figure out what was in that unopened gift from his Mom? I did.

The music was great. Older music is so much better than today's. Of course, you do have music that's horrible too. The comedy was wonderful too.

I found it interesting how Peter never went back to earth.

another tape? or something totally different? I might have to watch again. I want to know who Peter's father is? Thanos. Inhuman

Watching these Marvel movies and Agents of Shield has increased my comic book knowledge. I didn't have comic book knowledge before.

If I threw a tantrum in public I wouldn't be sitting for awhile. Of course those were different days.

Stuffed pork roast, baked potato and corn.

image.jpg All but whites fluffed and folded. Still in the truck. The man can haul it in. Had to get dinner in oven. DD has short window between job #1 and job #2. I remember those days.

Well, someone locked us out of our bathroom and now we are waiting for maintenance to come open it...

I'll give you a hint who the someone was. Younger than me but taller than me and male.

Oh Dear.

My toddler son walked into the bathroom, I was standing there watching him as his bath water was running, he was doing what I was doing peeking in to see how full the tub was doing. Then on his way out or what I thought was the way out he closed the door and locked it. How he knew to lock it or if he just caught the button I will never know but he couldn't open it up. We never had a key-ish thing for it nor did we ever lock it. The tub is filling I keep talking to the little manchild telling him to say away from the water and he'd peek under to slot in the door. Finally I took sewing scissors and got the lock to pop. Manchild nice and calm. Me not so much.

While the little manchild had his bath DH went to the hardware store and bought a door without a button lock, no lock at all. It stayed that way until we had the bathroom gutted to the studs. :cautious: Unbeknownst to me at the end of the hallway my DH had brought in the sledge hammer from the garage. He had a backup plan. :inlove:

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
New Year's Resolutions, anyone?

Mine:
1) Live more healthy. Not just lose weight, but eat better, exercise more, stress less.
2) Read the entire Bible again. Luckily I have a copy which breaks it down into daily readings, a passage from each of: Old Testament, New Testament, and a Psalm or Proverb.
3) Finally retire the last of a huge accumulation of 5-year old debt.
4) Get my kids out of the house; be it off to school, or into their own apartment.
5) As soon as 2014 taxes are filed and paid, start hoarding $USD, in order to purchase our Florida condo.

We've had a trace of snow so far this winter. Last year this time 13 inches on the ground with so much more by the new year. At this time last year we had 5 below zero days already with many more to follow. I hope we still keep bucking the trend of last year.
