You can do a good stock up at Walmart, the one on 27 never seems too crazy busy and is pretty big. That's the one we go to on our Florida trips.
We'll probably stock up in Wyoming while we're there. We won't have a car in Florida, so that would be harder, plus I know my way around Wyoming. That's the nice thing about doing a big long 5 week vacation. More time to do stuff.

Good morning @Songbird76 how are you feeling today? On a happy note we start finalizing our plans soon. July calendar should be out any day for you.
I need to get hubby to finalize flights so we know for sure exactly the dates and we can make changes if we need to. I hope we don't, but I am a list maker and organizer...I don't like things up in the air. I've made a kind of tentative schedule so I can make reservations. Just panicking a little bit because I don't feel organized. Are you ready?

I'm still coughing quite a bit and I still can't sing..it just comes out as a squeak. Otherwise I feel a lot better.

What's your first stop in the States?
The plan is to fly into Denver, then drive up to my home town, go with my brother's family and maybe some of our cousins from Illinois and travel our old stomping grounds in South Dakota where we spent a lot of weekends....seeing Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Deadwood, etc....then spend some time with my dad in Wyoming, then Drive back to Denver and fly to Orlando for 2 weeks, then fly back to Denver and spend time with some family for a Day or 2 and then fly home. It will be a busy busy trip, but no matter how much time we have, it's never enough. I tried to get my brother to go with us to Disney, but his husband thinks it's too expensive, so we're doing South Dakota together instead.

I'm so sorry you can't sing. I'm almost ready we have our hotel down, Disney hotel and condo booked. I think our list for ADRs is finally finished for both Disney and UNI. I have 4 weeks until ADRs can be made. We did start packing yesterday we all got a few things for the trip that are now packed

It looks like we'll both be rather busy next summer

The "parade" was ok and I think that tori kelly sounded ok too. The parade just isn't as good as it used to be, I liked when they actually showed parts of the parks. I was also surprised that hardly any time was spent on Disneyland, considering it is still in its 60th.
reminds me of the complains I've read on other parts of the forum.
Where the "live" parades became just a big AD for Disney Vacation Club.

Just got back from Houston and another great Christmas celebration...! More food, food, food and fun, fun, fun...!!! :)
7 of us went down in 2 cars.
SIL, both DDs, DS, and myself drove back to Austin tonight. SIL has to work tomorrow, DS and myself came back to take care of our dogs, and both DDs are on their way up to Dallas at 6a tomorrow morning for another fitness group meetup.
Weather on the way there and back wasn't too bad. A little intermittent rain both ways.
DDs are keeping a close eye on the weather, as there was some bad stuff up Dallas way today.
And, they're also predicting as much as 18 inches of snow for portions of New Mexico and the Texas panhandle...
Anyway, DWifey and her aunt will be heading back home to Austin tomorrow. :)

Blah. Expensive yes. But if he looked at your vacation airfare alone it would be economical. ;)
