I've got numb areas too. And some of my skin is black. But, I was lucky....I put the area back in place. And bandaged tight. It looks like it is starting to stick together. I wouldn't recommend my treatment, but I'm one tough cookie. I expect it will be hard when my "time" comes. As I've said before my Aunt's lived to 100 or close to it. We are a stubborn bunch!;)

Hahaaa...!
Yea, when I was young I used to get ingrown toenails on my big toe often. Especially painful because I played soccer for many years.
Instead of going to the doc, I used to sterilize an X-Acto knife over the stove flame and then carefully slice down across that corner of the nail 'til I started hitting the skin underneath. It would die and come off/out in about a week. :)

BTW...
I can fix a broken limb with some duct tape and bailing wire. :D ;)

Mr Ferret 75

You need the bailing wire also ? Should be good to go with just duct tape .

Yeah, the Dad was just cluelessly stupid. Still we had several issues over the year where we had teams try and beat our kids Club Team by acting unethical. One year at the Championship meet the host team removed our two judges before the start of the meet saying they didn't need them. Each team had 2 judges, they suddenly had 4. Meet delayed an hour until the Host team followed bylaws.

During the summer it was raining during a meet at night, pretty chilly. They bullpenned their swimmers indoors and put ours out in the grass. Our coach pulled all of our swimmers and put them on the bus and we went home. Then there was the conference meet where we had judges from teams that were disqualifying a good chunk of our swimmers. Was so annoyed when the dude said my son never touched the wall. He wouldn't have stopped and bounced back had he not. Horrid meet. And it isn't like any of these kids were going to grow up to be professionals. Whoever heard of a career as a professional swimmer? And only so many get to go to the Olympics every 4 years. Sometimes Big people are just too vested in their kids sports.
What you say, reminds me about 2 of these US movies about sports.. where small towns that consider sports everything, Were ridicoulous overprotective of their soon to be sport heroes. Pretty much untouchables untouchables to law or any rule.
and some end being rapists, murderes..etc.. yikes

You can have all my beer and ale as I can't have it due to it containing gluten.
