From what I understand, courts generally sympathize more with the mother than the father unless the mother is incompetent. Since it sounds like HE is the one with money issues and no stable environment, and his sole piece of evidence of your "incompetence" is your daughter having caught a cold, I'd say you're right and he's in for a rude awakening. The courts won't look kindly on the fact that he has no home, that he has a history of overspending, or that he says things about you in front of your daughter. Do you know when you have to go to court?

Nowadays the courts treat both parents similarly, so it's no longer the mindset that the mother is naturally the better parent. I'll be meeting with my lawyer after the holidays to discuss our strategy for court, but depending on how busy it is, it could take at least another 60 days before we appear before a judge. However, I'm hoping that once he realizes he's not able to control the situation anymore, he'll start coming to his senses and settle for what he'll most likely get in court. Plus I'm willing to pay more than the legally mandated spousal support, just to get him out of the house quicker, but he needs a serious attitude change first. I know you can't make anyone change, but if he really has our daughter's best interest at heart, then he'll start compromising.

know the feeling.. a higher up chef in my culinary school, by mistake.. inserted the big chef knife 5 cms between my big finger and my index.. not fun.. needed stitches too.
Also had my fair share of cuts when cooking (and a few burns there and here, one that required hospital too)

Back in the mid 80's when the economy tanked up here, and I was laid off from my then architectural job, I worked for one of those places that does quick oil changes for about 3.5 mos. before the firm hired me back (I was dating DWifey at the time, and she worked in the oil change companies corporate offices).
Anyway, the Nissan Maxima's and 300 ZX's of the time had 3.0 liter v-6's in them (transversely mounted with front wheel drive in the Maxima's, longitudinally mounted with rear wheel drive in the 300 ZX's). The only way to get to the oil filter was from the top, and it was mounted directly under the exhaust manifold...tight up against the firewall on the Maxima, up against the wheel well on the 300.
We called them "Burnmobiles". In attempting not to get burned (yes, the manifold had a heat shield over it, but, it didn't do much good), we would roll our sleeves all the way down and also put a shop rag up them. But, bein' how things work in the world, sometimes things would slip...first you'd hear the quick sizzle sound of the sweat and skin on your arm as it contacted the shield, then you knew the pain wasn't far behind. The first aid kit was always well-stocked and we used the heck out of it, but, I never had to go to the ER or anything.
I had many scars on my arms for years, but, thankfully, they're all gone now.
Now I just have a bunch from over the years doin' other work on cars, and things around the house, like yard work and such. :)

But how can they do that without your info? Don't you need a password or confirmation number and all that to make changes?
thats the issue. Hence why I suspected it was either the airline concentrator (edreams) or one of my coworkers, since they can see my processes easily.
The last thing would have been even more scarier (aka my computer hacked and someone stealing all my info)

Anyway. It ended being just an administrative error.

What is Disney Bounding and why can't you do it?
DisneyBounding is sort like cosplay. It means you dress in a similar fashion as a character, but not using a full suit that would reassemble a CM or a Cosplayer.

For example, Disneybound as Mickey, by having similar clothes and colors as Mickey. But not using a mask or something more elaborated.

Full Suit/Costume = Cosplay
"Similarity" style clothing/design = Disney Bounding

this is a fine example of DisneyBounding.

Mad Hatter and Alice.
They do not have full suits but they have similar colors.

Or this Winnie The Pooh.

see? no full suit, just clothing to reassemble the colors and figures of a character.

Its still kinda confusing if you take the UK's Gallon with USA's Gallon.

Imperial (UK) is 4.5 Liters approximately. and US is 3.72.
This is why you use METRIC! (worlwide standardized methods)
We don't, and you can't make us, so there! I remember back when they tried to convert years ago and started with speed limit signs. Everyone used them for target practice. That's how we roll! :joyfull:

I still wonder why the hell you have to SUPPORT HIM.
He's really that useless?
or wants just to leech you?
