It does help. I know eventually things will be much better. And all his inane texts and emails have less impact on me as the days go by, so some days it's almost funny, but others it's just severely annoying. At this point, I'm simply waiting for my life to move forward. Hopefully in a few more months...

One of the rules my husband has with his ex is that there are to be no texts. That is just not a way that they communicate. It is email only and that is only to make arrangements with the kids and phone calls for emergencies only. The kids, of course, can contact him any time. The texts were awful. You just didn't know when to expect them and they were always negative.

I think texts and emails are the same. It doesn't matter which method because both of them can be awful with him. I don't know how many times he's called me abusive and a liar. Granted, I admit my behavior has been less than stellar at times, but he has been just as bad, except he NEVER admits it.

We borrow a chipper from a neighbor and compost branches or use them as mulch as they don't get picked up around here. They also don't do Christmas tree pick up we have to drop them. At lest they get used for animal habitat

I always just toss our tree into the woods in the backyard. It decomposes and in the meantime offers a home for some little critters. They do pick up here but it's always too early. We still have our tree up when they come around.

We're really starting to like AK more and more. Next trip we may spend 2 full and a partial day there. It all depends on the state of MGM. It's funny last trip we managed to find 3 days of things to do there (one was a SWW day) We're hoping to do an EMH night at MGM and knock out the rides quickly and then go back for a day to do everything else at a slow pace.

We love AK too. I never spent less time there than rope drop until close. If we didn't have so much else we wanted to do and the time we want to relax by the pool, I would do two days each trip. We never seem to see everything.

Good day everyone. It's going to be a busy day here. We are heading off the pick up the less perishable food items for Christmas. We are taking light rail to go window shopping downtown. Should be a fun day. I forgot to say it's going to be around 57 today!:joyfull:

I was going to say happy birthday but then I realized I read that wrong. You were talking about the temperature and I thought you said you were turning 57. Lol
