I was at Bed Bath and Beyond over the weekend and saw some fun Star Wars and Frozen stuff. @StarWarsGirl95, see anything you want for Christmas? I think my favorite is the Darth Vader toaster.

I almost bought the Olaf snowcone maker just for a decoration

Yeah, she didn't want to go to the orthopedist this morning. The upper part of the 4 toes are bruising. The side of her foot has a little lump and that area hurts the most. That is exactly where she broke it once before along with knocking off the tendon off the bone. She wants to wait a few days to see if it gets better on its own. She used the railing to get herself down the staircase at her apartment. Curious to see how she gets herself back up there. She can always stay here until she decides what she is going to do. 3 out 4 times she broke that foot was just before Christmas.

Oh no! Please try and get her to the doctor. Sending more pixie dust xoxo

I love how technical we're getting about a duvet.

About a week ago my dh called as one of the guys he works with had a problem. The guy wanted to know if a duvet cover would be warm enough to keep his dw warm(he saw a set on sale) and if the pillow shams were medium or firm. Some men It was a sweet thought as the set was pink his dw's favorite color

Yep, although not quite like Cali., winter is also pretty non-existent down in this part of Texas, the vast majority of the time.
'Posed to be in the 80's again here in the next coupla' days.

Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have 2 weeks to get everything done I think I'll be able to do it. We decided that Christmas will be at my inlaws. My dh thinks it will be easier on me LOL as I won't have much less cooking.

How close is the dufus to his 60 days. I'd hate to be looking at that boat as a daily reminder, mocking me. Maybe he will leave it 61 days and you could sell it?

January 24 and it'll probably be snowing. That's my point to move it now buuut he won't. I have someone who will take it away, then it can sit on their property for ten years.

I want the BB8. The Toysrus site was running a special if you buy $50 you got the snowcone maker free. (I didn't get it.)

It seems like such a good idea to save the environment. They aren't banned here but I actually switched to reusable bags to do my part. The thing with us is that we re-used our plastic grocery bags as garbage bags. So I then had to go and buy actually garbage bags. So it really wasn't helping at all. I switched back to the disposables.

I do the same. The bags fit in most of my trash cans. The ones not usable I put in the bag recycling bin by our grocery store.

I noticed our local Taco Bell switched from plastic to paper.

Ha! He really doesn't like being disturbed. I let him out after he woke me up, I tend to let him out the front door at night for a variety of reasons. So here is me, in my jammies, robe, someone else's shoes by front door, threw a blanket from the couch over my shoulders and outside at 2 in the morning I went with Walt. He doesn't leave my property but I didn't notice he didn't have his collar on. And off he goes on a mad dash off the property heading well into my neighbors yard and still going. I can't call him, it is the middle of the night so I'm trying to catch up to him in some huge shoes and my cape blanket and I am freak'n freezing.

We get back in the house he climbs back in bed and there I am...AWAKE and frozen. Good thing I love him.

Sorry I had to laugh at this.

Mmm, I love the smell of cinnamon and cloves. I buy scented pinecones every Christmas then I make them into fire starters during the new year.

WEARY WILLIE DAY

Weary Willie Day is celebrated annually on December 9.

This holiday was named for the character made famous by Emmett Kelly, who was born on this day in 1898. This is a day to appreciate the art of clowning and the impact that it has had on our lives.

Weary Willie was a unique character to the art of clowning. Kelly had developed Weary Willy at a time when the white faced, goofy clown was the norm, and selling the idea for a sad, down-on-his-luck clown did not fit the formula most circuses were looking for. For the time being, Kelly put back on the the white face and the brightly colored costume.

Times and attitudes changed when the country was in the depths of the Great Depression. Down-trodden and world-weary was the face of the nation. People could identify with Weary Willie like never before. Weary Willie, his frowning, whisker-shadowed face and his dirty, torn and worn costume, went on to become an American icon.
