Drinking from the tap in the US depends on where you live. I would never drink the water from our tap because it tastes pretty nasty with all the chemicals they have to use on it, since the source is so far away. I have a portable water distiller, so that's the only way I can drink the tap water. However, New York has fabulous water (hence yummy pizza), so I'd drink that in a heartbeat!
You would think that our water would taste good, but sometimes it tastes like dirt.

Good morning all. Late start this morning. Hubby and I have been going through our cruise pictures. We have a list, but there are over 100, we need to hone it down a lot. Going through them, has convinced me to do another cruise instead of Disney next year.:joyfull: I forgot to say there is an ice skating rink, and a half mile plus, jogging track. We spent a lot of time doing that. It had a walking side and a jogging side, it was one way around the ship. Will be in our pictures.

So since @betty rose has had trouble with blood draw lately, I had to share my story of today. Luckily I didn't have as many troubles. Although as my hubby was driving me to the clinic this morning at 5:30am (so I could go before work) we were almost into town and a HUGE deer ran in front of our car. It was a big buck and had a huge rack (antlers). Luckily hubby's breaks works and no other car was around so we avoided it!

Then once at the clinic I got the blood draw lady that always stabs me. She was the only one working. Luckily she found a vein right away but was rough and I still have some discomfort bending and unbending my arm. Ugh. Anyway, hopefully my results are good, just a check on my blood sugar A1C's. I have a feeling it might get me a lecture from the doc tomorrow...
I'm still waiting for my results, and my A1C and cholesterol are probably up too. I've gained 10 pounds in the last month with no change in diet, something tells me I need more meds.

In cases like this, yes. They drive me crazy, and my dad and I can argue, and argue, and argue, and argue, but they're right there when I need them. I'm sure, though, when I eventually move out of state (since I have no intention of living in Maryland for the rest of my life, or north of about SC for that matter), whenever something happens, I'm going to call my mom and be like, "Mommy, what do I do? I can't adult!":hilarious:
You will "adult", moving away from family makes you grow up fast.:D
