Good news: Finance professor didn't assign any more homework.
Even more good news: He scheduled the test for the day after my surgery when I'll be out. More study time! Woohoo!
Bad news: When I come back from my surgery, I'll have a Spanish test that Monday and the Finance test sometime later that week. Oh well.

You can try the following. Try them in order. If one does not work, move on to the next.
1. Make sure cable is secure and tight.
2. Unplug your monitor from its power source and plug it back in.
3. Reset your monitor to its factory settings (You'll have to figure this one out using the manual that came with your monitor)
4. Change the cable to your monitor. If this works, your cable went bad.
5. Try plugging your computer into another source (extra monitor, TV, etc.). If the flickering goes away, you need a new monitor.

If none of these work, come back and we'll talk, but I suspect one of these should work.
Thanks!

Thanks. So far, knock wood the new phone is working, it is just missing all my texts, photos and contacts. I went and booted up an old phone and most are in there I'll just have to start hand entering them all in. Photo's are on my laptop. Text messages well that is the million dollar question. 95% I don't need, those 5% eek.

Yep, that phone was expensive but I do love it. It was insured for 24 months and I just finished month 21 so I have a new phone and they upgraded the software to the newest 09 version so that is my token. There is a new 6 iphone coming out but it is very similar to the one that is already here a while. If I can I'd like to make it 'till they have a totally new one. Thanks for the moral support I'm still so ticked at them, maybe I'll get over it tomorrow lol. ;)
hey gave, question.. how do you sync your phone? you have an app that sends the information to your computer then to your new phone? or you just use the cloud?

Nope, the woman was very nice today and forthcoming. It is their glitches and she said it was. My DD was going to upgrade hers and the woman told her not to. I don't normally upgrade this close to a launch however because of the timing of my hardware meltdown it is a term of the insurance with Apple Care. The whole experience is so annoying.
they werent very specific on which glitches they were?

But, in thinking of the relativity, you could buy 3 gallons of gas for one hour's work back then. How many gallons can you buy with one hour's minimum wage now? In the cheapest places, it works out to about the same, but in places where a gallon of gas costs around $2 or more, that minimum wage doesn't go as far.
Three gallons now would cost $6.00 (+-), minimum wage is $7.00 + so you actually can buy more now. If the price goes up again, like it was last year, then I agree, but, even then it has stayed pretty close.

2 out of 3 isn't bad, right? By the way, love your new avatar!
