Haven't a clue how this odd idea came to mind. It had something to do with fingerprints, but went beyond that.

Since you have kids of different ages, have you ever thought of having them put their hands in fingerpaint, for example, and then place a hand down on a piece of art paper, sign their name, and put their age?

They could do one group art piece together and frame it, or they could all do individual ones and frame them--as in a grouping of similarly styled and sized pictures, and hang on a wall. (It doesn't have to be in the livingroom, for example, but even in a back alcove, hallway, coat room off the kitchen, etc.) I was thinking that down the road when they grow into adults, this might be a really fun keepsake. :)
I have a collection of those from when they were little. I even have a few in plaster and yes they are wonderful.:joyfull:

wow, 10 days is a loong visit!
Yeah, it will be nice for us because we won't have to go go go the whole time. And the tickets are ultimate ones which include park hopper and the water parks fun and more options, so we can spend a day at a water park if we want to. This way we'll be able to do everything we want to do without wearing ourselves out. We had 4 days last time and we spent 2 days at MK and 2 at Epcot and we were EXHAUSTED. We didn't have park hopper, so we didn't get to see AK or HS at all. So now we'll get to do ALL of it and when AK closes, we can hop over to one of the other parks. I think it will be a much more enjoyable experience when we don't have to hurry.

I think, for the most part, most were happy with it. My DS plays trumpet. I think his trumpet quartet sounded great. He just is that hard on himself.
Was it recorded in anyway? My voice teacher told me never to listen to any performance recording more than once because you'll always find something each time that you aren't happy with, but the audience only gets to hear it once, so they won't hear all the little things you will if you listen to it repeatedly. Fantastic advice!
