Peace and quiet today the men are off to my inlaws to perform yard work. My father I law is doing better bit by bit but he's not going to be able to do lawn work for what's looking kike the entire summer. My mother in law is happy she'll at least get the boys once a week at least and I get a day with nobody bothering me. Tomorrow starts a very screwy schedule no full days but every day is a different dismissal time and seeing the boys are going to be home more my food bill is going up, up, up and away! Hope all of you are having a fantastic weekend.

I heard that Doctor Who was on Disney XD last night for the first time. I think they are showing just the Tennant years but I hope they didn't change it for Disney's taste. Believe or not, Doctor Who is meant as a kid's show.

I am so happy that you had an excellent vacation. We all loved your pictures; they were GREAT!!! Two comments:

1. With the pictures you took yesterday, did you happen to rent out the park all by yourself? Again, unless you have some special software equipment that erases every other person from your pictures, I'm baffled as to how you got no one in your pictures yesterday!! I'm always battling crowds when I go there!

2. Can't tell you how relieved I am that your trip came after mine, with my pathetic little pictures! You'd be a really hard act to follow!!

You're pictures were great we all love seeing picturesfrom Disney. We were walking to the bakery in France. Epcot was very light two days that we went there. Also magic kingdom, had extra magic hours until 2AM. I guess everyone slept in. lol

Two things out of many that bother me.

1) Ads. I heard that Amazon is putting ads on their shipping boxes now. Everywhere you go is ads. Maybe it's just me but I think the majority of ads are a waste of time. Seeing a hot model is not going to make me buy new clothes just as seeing a product placement in a movie doesn't affect me.

2) Apple. Apparently, if they sneeze, the world goes crazy. Sure I have Apple products but you don't need all overpriced Apple products. They tweak an operating system and it makes front page news. My ipod is from 2005. I really don't see the need to get a new one year after year.

Rant over. I guess the American consumerism economy would suffer if everyone thought like that.

So I didn't know it was going to rain today. I watched the weather yesterday, I don't remember the weather guy talking about this at all. This really puts a damper on my plans...spending oodles of time in the hammock with the dog.

I second that. It was to clear and be nice.

We had a garage sale Saturday and it stopped raining around 8am and held off until 5pm with one storm just missing us. At 3pm I made the management decision to pull the signs and pack the remainders up. We sold about 2/3 of miscellaneous crud so at least we salvaged the day.

It has been raining ever since and we had huge rains and thunderstorms overnight. Tomorrow is suppose to be worse with mega storms. Hmpf.

Most of my sleep will probably happen on the first leg of the trip. We're doing BWI to Salt Lake City and then SLC to Honolulu. And we have to be up at around 4:30. My guess is I will get on the plane and be out like a light. That's 4-5 hours. Then the 7 hour plane ride. Long day.

The upside to all that travel West and West some more is the two weeks you are in Hawaii and being nocturnal your body will be in-sync with time change and you will be kinda similar to the average awake/sleep patterns.

Now when you get back to the East Coast it will take you a month to readjust.

You must have gotten our rain. It is sunshine today! Although the morning was super foggy, I went for a walk and could barely see too far ahead of me. I'm hoping the hammock will dry out fast, Kapono (my dog) is hoping for that too!
