Up near the Wisconsin Illinois border. (right around the corner from where my MIL went missing in the mist last fall)

Ahhh, the Russian Mig 17, which looks extremely similar to the Mig 15 of Korean War fame. Which, also looks pretty similar to an F-86 Sabre.
It also looks like there will be a Pearl Harbor reenactment by the Gulf Coast Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (based in Texas - formerly known as the Confederate Air Force).

I really liked her shows too. I think when she got married she had at least one kids, so that puts a damper on her traveling. Good for her, but bad for the fans of her shows!

Agree, her show was a "vacation" to me. I would watch all of her shows again, if the Travel Channel would re run them.

20 mile a hour winds, light rain after a day of down pouring rain and it is 45 degrees. A/C off this morning Heat on this evening. Joy Joy

Went and put sand pails over my cucumber plants, hope the wind doesn't blow them away.

Yes it is! My DS went to college in Kenosha for 2 years before he transferred to larger IL State University. The campus was so pretty up there, we are up there frequently in that area. We always stop at the same place for breakfast.

It is a cellphone. I take the pics then send to my email where I save them to my tablet. Oh oh. I don't know much about technology so hearing that my internal memory is corrupt sounds scary.

Yes. It's new for Star Wars Weekends but is rumored to be a new addition to the expanding presence of Star Wars.

Yes for now but who knows. I'm sure others on this forum might know for sure. It was an awesome experience just for the characters alone. They, however, are not a guaranteed part of the experience, for now.

I'm one of those that appreciates pictures from vacation perfect or not. Happy our friends are taking the time to post for us perfect or not, I don't look at them and see Failing Images, just nice members letting us peek into their vacations.

I kinda look at it, there are plenty of threads for the talented photographers that can critique the heck out of each others photos. I genuinely admire those photographs of those talented members. Here, I think we can just try and be nice, graciously accept what we get or nobody is going to want to post photos in this thread. My 2 cents anyhow.

Thank you Gabe but I took no offense to Cesar ' s comment. I like that everyone here has expertise that all of us can benefit from. I'm glad you are enjoying my trip photos and I enjoy taking them.
