@Lucky - Thanks!

So my 1st day as a 40 year old...

-Found out someone hacked into my eBay account... Got it fixed before they could run charges up.

-Husband had military duty all weekend (national guard) :(

- Had to work (tutoring) :bookworm:

In spite of it all - I still feel like I'm 25 and blessed beyond measure! :angelic:
if they got into your ebay.. better check all your other accounts (specially when having similar passwords in other related accounts)

Today we went pick up a swing for my Mom's front porch and saw this fluffy guy at the outdoor furniture place.

After that it was off to Sam's Club. No Costco here. :banghead:

Sam's Club is way closer to us. I like it just fine as it is a new mega center however somethings I can only get at Costco, so I send my Mom. I have to say I like Costco's premade home cooked meals much better than Sam's.

I spy pretzel bark. Can I have a photo and a review. Sounds yummy.

And for dessert I had tiramisu. I got it to go but it didn't make it to go. :hungry:

ohh my.. those sticks and the Alfredo look delicious!

Also, every time someone mentions Tiramisu.. it reminds me of the Michael Bay's Teenage mutant ninja turtles movie lol.
Where donatello goes "BAM.. TIRAMISU FOR EVERYONE!" or something like that.

Twins, actually. I'm happy for her, but, it ruined all my plans. The thing is that we were going to meet accidentally someplace and after a short time, she was going to fall head over heals in love with me. I knew that she was already married, but, I didn't see that as a huge obstacle. Then she had twins and the thought of raising kids again at my age, just took the joy out of it completely. She made her choice and had children when she could have had me. Oh, well... such is life, I guess.

Someday you'll meet her and she'll regret what could have been! ;)

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Now, if you want a life changing event that rocks your world, I read this morning that Paul McCartney has stopped smoking pot because he wanted to be a good example for his grandchildren. I don't have a problem feeling that stopping that is probably a good thing, but, emotionally it is the signal that age is a reality. I was perfectly happy in denial, why did he have to burst my bubble. :arghh::cry::grumpy:
Imagine how HE feels! He used to be the cutest freakin' Beatle! Now, he's an old, weedless, grandpappy.

Didn't post about this earlier 'cause we were a bit worried.
Both DDs and our son-in-law went down along the Blanco River today to help with flood recovery. Back safe and sound, although a bit shook up.
Jonathan McComb, the one and only survivor from the one house that was swept away in Wimberley, Texas spoke to all of them at the Baptist church before they went out to search debris piles.
Although they didn't run across any of the human victims, there was plenty of other nastiness.
So proud that they are such thoughtful and well-rounded human beings. They are all so happy and absolutely love life, but, they also realize it can be all too short, and they always want to try to make things better.

Awe, that was so kind of them. And yes thoughtful young folk, what happens when they have great role models. You and DWifey have every right to be proud. :inlove: Glad they made it back safe and sound. Flood relief is horrid.

I'm watching the press conference with Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith. A reporter just asked them how they were feeling after going 7 games saying they looked pretty Spry. Duncan looked at the reporter and asked what does Spry mean? Round of chuckles from the reporters in the room. :cyclops::joyfull::)

1. Topiary of Mickey and Minnie (heading toward World Showcase, from Future World)
2. Floating flowers in the water behind Spaceship Earth and the overhead monorail
3. Topiary of Lady and the Tramp (Italy Pavilion)

At least two hours from our time zone. Makes it hard for me...grandpa adapts better than I do. Of course, dr. gave me sleep pills, as dad never slept more than three hours...daughter...no more than 5 hours...I fluctuate between the two. In the past ...hubby slept through everything....so I would get up and sweep with vacuum, dust, run dish washer and clean refrigerator , or bathrooms. Now , I'm still awake from 1 to 3 AM. I took my baby Wiggles, our last doggie at that time , for a bathroom break. Habit's are so hard to break. But while I'm laying in bed (too old to get up and do housework) As all doggies have passed. I think of all my loved ones....Mom, Dad, brother, and doggies. I think they are all enjoying each other . In the after life. And I say a prayer for the world, or my "new" friends on the internet. All this ....plus the sound of the weather channel puts me back to sleep.:inlove:

I'm going to Cleveland for a very long weekend and even the one hour time change is going to kick me that first morning of an eventful weekend. Especially when it will be a quick turn and I have to be up early and dress up real nicely and be with people I've never met. I'll wave at ya @MOXOMUMD a groggy wave.
