So there's supposedly a meteor shower event the next few nights (tomorrow night is supposed to be the best one).
Woke up early at 3:30 AM, and went out back. That's one of a very few darker areas (and even that's not pitch dark), because I have to deal with local street and building lights, etc., if I step out in front.)
Stared up at the sky for about 15 minutes and . . . nothing.
Only saw a couple of stationary stars, and that was it.
