It's just endless for two months. And it's basically the same songs all the time.

If that wasn't enough, I was in chorus and generally, rehearsing Christmas music started in October. You really can only listen to Sleigh Bells a certain number of times before insanity sets in...
I understand about rehearsing. Back when I was in 5th grade, all the classrooms in the public school I was in had to a sign a different Christmas Song.

Every student in the classroom I was in had to sing "Christmas Tree" in German and that song had to be rehearsed starting in November for singing the song and for pronounce the words in the song in German properly. I still remember some of the words to that song in German to this day due the amount practicing I had to.

Never. Even when you were a baby ?
Went to WDW for the first time when I was 4.5 months old. Went to Maui at ten months old. Then the two yearly trips to WDW started. I've had an AP since I was 3 and it's never lapsed (other than when the pricing used to be better to buy new, in which case I would not have had one for a few months but I wouldn't have been there. I've never gotten in WDW with a daily park ticket).

Even in utero I was places. Mom climbed Diamond Head in Hawaii while six months pregnant. She also rode Space Mountain while eight weeks pregnant. I blame that for turning me into a rollercoaster enthusiast.

Just got back from a TSSFFBR.
What’s with the recent (last couple of years…?) trend of folks buyin’ expensive new cars/vehicles in colors that look like gray water or even untreated sewage…?!?!?!
I wouldn’t even buy an “inexpensive” car in those sick colors (unless maybe it was deeply discounted…? 🤔;)).
If I’m layin’ down the jack :greedy::greedy::greedy: for a new Porsche, I’m gettin’ it in whatever color they have as close to Candy Apple Red as possible…!!!!! :hilarious:
Seems to be a nationwide trend too, that I just don’t understand at all……. :cyclops:

So tentative trip itinerary...

Saturday: Arrive in San Diego, Mission Beach for the day
Sunday: Sea World
Monday: San Diego Zoo
Tuesday: free day, explore San Diego, go to anything I may have missed, possible whale watching
Wednesday: up to Anaheim, Disneyland
Thursday: Knott's Berry Farm. Possibly DTD for the evening, but early night
Friday: Knott's (tentative) Disneyland in the evening
Backup plan: all day Disneyland or DCA. Still deciding whether I want to do Knott's for one or two days, but DL should be open until midnight and Knott's says it's only open until 5:30.
Saturday: DCA
Sunday: DL or DCA
Monday: DL or DCA, Red eye flight back east.

Hotels: right now, I am booked at a Marriott in San Diego and the Hilton Double Tree at the Anaheim convention center.

I'm also going to see if Magic Keys go back on sale. We are planning on being back at Disneyland in May, so if they go on sale, that would work out nicely.

I'm only planning on two ADRs at DL: Carnation Cafe and Cafe Orleans, but might throw a DTD one in for Thursday night. The quick service food at DL is really good, so I don't feel as much of a need for ADRs as I do in WDW.

I knew some who bought " arrest me Red " sports cars. My cars are more of metallic grey exterior that I wash and wax on a regular basis and clay bar 1x a year. With wash, clay bar, wax, ( all Meguiars products ) the surface of the car is smoother than a baby's butt. My next project is detail cleaning under the hood for that also to be looking good.

I'm excited! I'm planning on getting a city pass for San Diego so I can go to the zoo (pandas!) and Sea World. There is also a whale watching tour on that pass. I don't like boats, but I'll get on one for whale watching and use a bunch of Dramamine and Sea Bands. 😂

The whale watching tour we took in March was great. It left out of Newport Beach and the boat only took 6 passengers so we all had a great view. We saw a couple whales the we got surrounded by a a mega-pod of dolphins twice and that was fantastic, 100's of dolphins all around us and swimming with and towards the boat. So hopefully you'll have good luck on your watching trip.

The color of the car on the left isn't too bad but the Jeep's color looks like 💩 .

Sounds like a good plan. No Trader Sam's though! I agree about quick service being good at DL and I like your choice of Cafe Orleans. I haven't been to Carnation Cafe in awhile but we have a reservation for it on Aug 8th. I don't know if we will keep it though. We are trying Centrico this trip since it is new and has gotten good review. I missed the boat on getting reservation for Din Tai Fung but I keep looking. When I was there over Easter I went to the Hearthstone Lounge and really enjoyed that. One of my must do's though is the Carthay Circle Lounge, I love the lettuce wraps and my favorite drink there is the Tequila Daisy.

Also if you do have a car the Anaheim Packing District has some fun places to eat and drink. We had a ton of fun at the Blind Rabbit. We also really liked Strongwater which is a tiki style bar but very different from Trader Sam's, it is just a couple blocks away from the Anaheim Packing District.
