Okay, it is 10:10 am, and so far for Prime Day three Echo's are getting replaced and I'm getting a new Kindle.
So yeah, this is setting up to be a very bad Prime Day.

The Kindle was planned because mine is 5 years old and doesn't like holding its charge. Some of the Echo's are from 2017, so they also need replacing.I was just thinking of you. I was going to see how much you had already bought today.

It's sooo convenient. The cat food I buy isn't sold at the grocery store, so it saves me a lot of time running around. And then I don't have to lug cat litter through the stores. Plus some stuff is cheaper on Amazon than in stores, so it saves money in the long run. I also had the student membership since I was getting a second degree, so it was 50% off.

I was watching a Youtube video about retail theft and NYC and it wouldn't surprise me if most of what is for sale by third party on Amazon is probably stolen.

I have no idea if that's true or not, but the vast majority of what I buy is shipped and sold by Amazon and then second is small businesses selling their products on Amazon.
Some are Amazon products boxes stolen by the dreaded porch pirates in my area only to resell online.

Today was the open air museum in Salzburg, which was a total bust. It was so boring compared to the one in Arnhem in the Netherlands. Not worth the admission fee. If you ever travel over to the Schengen area and want to see how they lived hundreds of years ago, go to the open air museum in the Netherlands, not Austria!
So we left early and went to Hellbrunn Palace to see the trick fountains and the Sound of Music gazebo instead. If you do this, be prepared to get soaked. The trick fountains are called such because they have hidden levers and whatnot that turn on the water and they have people whose job it is to pull these levers at random times and surprise unsuspecting guests with fountains of water that spring up around them. It's an audio tour. At one point, Dh turned around because his audio told him to and he got a spray right in the face. I got too close to one side trying to get a picture and my entire back side was soaked. So beware.
