Bought this today at the 31st anniversary sale of Tate’s Comics & Toys next door to my store. Number 90 out of 1000 made. Very detailed. Looks better in person. Love it - and half price!

And got these for the nieces & nephews we’ll see later this morning.

…with little 99 cent Easter “baskets” to put them in. I may have mentioned (?) they are dedicating a park to my late father-in-law in Melbourne Beach. We have to be on the road by 8:30am 🤪 but I’ll be drinking by 11 at the latest. 🍹

Are those Squishmallows? If they are, you are getting MAJOR uncle points. Those things are so popular right now! At least they are here. We can't keep them in stock. They practically fly out the door.

Safe travels and happy drinking!

We got a little snowstorm Thursday night into Friday morning, about 5 inches. Then Friday into yesterday most of it melted (except the shady areas and the plowed piles). Today we have a big snow storm coming in with possibly a foot of snow! Thursday's storm was almost more snow than we had all winter and now that it is spring all the storms are coming...crazy!

Been following Ilia's career for a few years now, and he is AMAZING!! I think his performance at the World's was his best to date. 🥰

Did you also happen to see the women's final as well? My favorite (for the U.S.) is Isabeau Levito, 17 years old, from New Jersey. I love her balletic style, and was thrilled that she won the Silver Medal at World's. She had tough competition from Kaori Sakamoto, 23 years old, from Japan. Kaori definitely earned the Gold Medal for her excellent performance at World's.

My phone pictures are too big to upload without editing but let's play spot the second car. Across the street from Attitash which got two feet so..

It's easy, really but still 😂

I'll bet Attitash was mobbed with skiers trying to get in some powder runs, on what (might be) the last big snowstorm up in ski country this spring. How was your experience?

but as I've said before imho the sport has evolved to the point where it needs to somewhat expand. In my perfect world the current method of scoring figure skating should stand but "Fancy Skating" should become an Olympic level event as well as it has become more popular in the last several years
I like the combination of power and artistry but also feel the "old" style needs more recognition for what it is as well

I used to watch religiously. I haven't watched enough lately but watching the scoring live was kind of neat. I do miss the artistic parts as it seems all energy is spent on the jump and getting ready for the jumps.

Brian’s Dad was also involved with Disney’s real estate agents way back when he was a realtor, and helped them secure the Vero Beach location. When the main guy, I forget his name off the top of my head, retired from Disney, he hung his shingle with Val because he respected the way Val did things (or so the story went from Val.)

Please tell Brian that the city's recognition of his father is a heartwarming sentiment. He must have been a wonderful man. And the apple doesn't fall far from the tree -- Brian has his own gifts, and is a fine person, too.
