Farm markets don't show up here until the summer, when veggies, etc., are in season. Does your farm market truck in food from other parts of the country?
No, it's going to be the egg person, some greenhouse stuff (mostly greens), the mushroom person, the meat people, dry goods, "home" canned items, honey and garden things/plants. If nothing else I'll have speckled eggs for Easter and a nice salad as I've had my orders in for quite a while now. It's very early in the egg laying season so there's no guarantee what color speckled (pink or green) eggs I'll get, hoping for a mix as that's what I ordered along with brown eggs. I'll probably pick up some honey as I'm running low, maybe get dh a small piece of cheese and plants for the parental units for Easter

That's interesting -- speckled eggs. (I bought a dozen white eggs at the grocery store, for decorating next weekend, but speckled eggs would be even more unique. Never seen or heard of those before.)

Looks like a lot of work going on there! Bet it will look great once everything gets planted.

Thanks, Minnie…!!! :)
We’re very happy with the new casa…!!!
The back yard is at least 3 times the size of our old one, which is great for Belle and Ranger (and Ruby when she visits)…!!!
We’re on a corner lot, so we also have pretty generous side and front yards, as well. Much of the front yard, under those 2 oak trees, is xeriscaped, so the leaves were really building up, and needed to be removed. The bird bath also came with the home, and the girls decided to experiment with it as a planter, instead of letting it possibly turn into a mosquito factory…!!!!! :hilarious:
We are really loving living here so close to Megan, Daniel, Emmy and Audrey just 5-ish blocks away, and my folks are only 15 mins. down the road. MIL is very comfortable here, as well, and has seemed to have turned a bit of a corner for the better, for now.

On a similar note, I decided to visit the progress on our old digs yesterday, and am so glad I did…!!! :)
I met the guy doing the flip there, by chance, and he’s doin’ a bang-up job on the old place…it looks AMAZING, and he’s doin’ sooooo many things we thought of doin’, but never did…!!!
We talked and laughed about so many things, and he invited us back next week after he gets it fully staged…just incredible what he’s done…!!!!!
