I'm guessing Team Member. Just another stupid idea from some high paid morale advisor thinking that employees will be more engaged if you just make it sound like a game. That's instead of more money, of course. I was always of the opinion that if you gave them the money you spent on hiring and outside advisor, much more would have been gained. I felt, and still do, that type of "team" building was childish and demeaning. Probably why I was never wealthy.

You should read the book The Millionaire Next Door. It’s eye opening real world stories on how some got wealthy and continue to be so.

Sorry!!! I'm having a rough month and haven't really had time to do much besides work. I'll be starting a new job in a couple of weeks, and it will most likely be EXTREMELY busy for a while because it's a toy store and Sinterklaas starts like a week and a half after I start working there, and the boss wants me to work up to 40 hours a week to start with. I haven't worked full time in decades, and I don't know how I'm going to cope with all the other stuff like laundry and cooking and such. So I likely won't be on here much until after New years, but I'm alive! Just...coping.

Getting colder here in the other hand. We have had sub 10 temps (in celsius) for quite a few.
Expected to be 12-4 tomorrow D:

I head on the news about the weather you are getting. Southeastern Wisconsin is getting colder weather on Saturday before hitting the 40s as highest on Sunday.

I know parts of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming , and North Dakota are expecting several inches of snow.

It is not going to be that hot for the next 4 days, but there is a possibility of 3 or 4 straight days of 70 degrees or higher. Tomorrow is supposed to be 78 degrees.

Its higher than that today. Record high for Temp. got tied for where I live. The record high is 80 degrees back in 1963 and it is 80 degrees right now.
