You should read the book The Millionaire Next Door. It’s eye opening real world stories on how some got wealthy and continue to be so.I'm guessing Team Member. Just another stupid idea from some high paid morale advisor thinking that employees will be more engaged if you just make it sound like a game. That's instead of more money, of course. I was always of the opinion that if you gave them the money you spent on hiring and outside advisor, much more would have been gained. I felt, and still do, that type of "team" building was childish and demeaning. Probably why I was never wealthy.
