Not having any today. I did have Toasted Marshmallow soft serve ice cream in Door County back in June though.

We were supposed to be at Disney today for my bday tomorrow. The trip was postponed for a few reasons.

Tonight, I got home to find Brian attempted to make one of my favorite Disney meals - the potato wrapped snapper from Flying Fish! It’s pretty complicated, with a red wine reduction and a leek fondue. (We bought the cookbook years ago.)

He didn’t get the potatoes wrapped around the snapper (which annoyed him!) but the flavors were all there, I was impressed!



…and a banana bread pudding with salted caramel chips to boot!!
