We were supposed to be at Disney today for my bday tomorrow. The trip was postponed for a few reasons.

Tonight, I got home to find Brian attempted to make one of my favorite Disney meals - the potato wrapped snapper from Flying Fish! It’s pretty complicated, with a red wine reduction and a leek fondue. (We bought the cookbook years ago.)

He didn’t get the potatoes wrapped around the snapper (which annoyed him!) but the flavors were all there, I was impressed!

…and a banana bread pudding with salted caramel chips to boot!!

I don't know if it me or not but the majority of my coworkers ended up getting on my nerves. Though, maybe why my current job is better because I don't see my coworkers all the time
