@Figgy1 , I'm making a tuna noodle casserole tonight. Looks like an easy enough recipe, and not too big -- enough for 2 people. It calls for "panko" crumbs. Never used those before, but I bought a box -- which I assume will just sit on the shelf until the next time I make tuna noodle casserole. Heck, that could be months from now! :p

Mom made a lot of tuna casserole back in the day, which I loved…!!!!! :hungry:
But, she also made things like steak and potatoes, liver and onions, spaghetti, lasagna, beef stroganoff, chicken chow mein, pepper steaks, fried chicken, etc., etc., etc.
I ate everything (and still do, thankfully ;)) mom ever put on the table…!!!!!!! :joyfull::hungry::happy:

Today: (MOUNTAIN Time) -- "Live"

12 - 4 PM (MST) (FYI Channel)
4 - 10 PM (MST) (History Channel)

What kills me on the schedule today is that from 1 - 10 PM (MST), they show it commercial-free for international viewers only? :cautious:

International Viewers Only. Special commercial-free presentation including commentary during FYI and HISTORY broadcasts

Yea, kooky. I caught some of it yesterday, but, we were out runnin’ errands and such, too.
Hopefully, I can catch more of it today…!!! :)

I checked the schedule for today, and it appears as though it's live streaming only? (Then I looked at the DirecTV schedule for today on FYI and History channels and nothing is listed for Barrett-Jackson.)

On their web site, it seems to be that there are (various) outdoor events today for the in-person crowd. The only auction (collectors' auction) reference was after 6 (MST), but no TV coverage.

Late yesterday afternoon and evening, they did bring out some of the more appealing stock (to me, anyway), and some of those were in the six-plus figures. You might have enjoyed the 1970 Plymouth Super Bird (bright yellow! and high spoiler) that went for $500,000.

Luckily, commercial interruptions were kept to a minimum yesterday. One thing I really liked was the "chassis cam" -- not sure if you noticed that before, as they didn't use it on many vehicles on the line. From a distance, it looked like just a white line on the black runway, but it was actually a bunch of cameras underneath (plexiglass?) on the vehicle road. Very cool, when turned on to see underneath certain cars.

Well, that’s a bummer. :bored::(
And yes, they were usin’ the chassis cam on Friday when I was watchin’…!!! :)

It has changed to 3 to 6 inches of snow instead of 2 to 4 inches. It looks like snow will end around 5 in the morning tomorrow.

Before Wednesday, the city I live in only had 7.6 inches of since since December 1st and the average of snow was supposed to be 16.9 inches as of January 16th.

23 degrees today is not bad compare to Monday. Monday is going to be the coldest day of the year so far with it may not reach 10 degrees and with the low in the negative numbers.
Higher amount of snow than expected. We got 7.9 inches of snow.

Come to think of, wonder if @MinnieM123 wants the snow to build this:
