So guess what happened?
I drove my wife and I home yesterday. Leaving Lynchburg VA after brunch at around 12:30pm....stopping along the way back to NJ for dinner and fuel. When we got home we did the typical unpacking and one load of laundry. Watched a streaming show on Netflix and went to bed.

The time to move the clocks back one hour was the previous day....when we were in Virginia.
I was so tired from a long weekend filled with driving on interstate roads...I just wasn't aware that when we went to bed at what we thought was midnight(according to our clocks in our home)...it was actually 11pm based on the adjusted time.

So this morning I came downstairs and opened my laptop at what I thought was 7:05am and my laptop displayed 6:05am.
I looked on my cell phone and it said 6:05am also!

Only then did I put 2 and 2 together and realize that I had never moved the clocks in my home back an hour because I was in Virginia when that was supposed to happen.

That’s true. Sad incident at approx 2am Sun morning Daylight Savings Time. A wrong way driver leaving a bar went on I-4 exiting in the area of downtown Orlando and going the wrong way - going eastbound on the westbound lanes . She collided into vehicles, she lost her life , I-4 was closed for several hours.

Yeahh my car is back. Hopefully I don't have to go back for a 4th transmission. My grandparents house where I currently live is being sold so I need to be out by Dec 7th.
Which I guess if I wanted to I could get a city apartment with roommates and I do love the city but I'm lazy.

Any sort of moving is a drag. Done it so many times in my life. You're not being lazy -- it's just something no one wants to deal with. Best of luck to you, wherever you decide you want to live.

It is called Climate Change instead of the original Global Warming. Yet Global Warming I feel IS the better terminology.
No one ever says the planet's oceans are getting cooler. Every report year after year says they are getting warmer.

You and @MinnieM123 want the cold, but I think you are outnumbered by people who don't mind wearing shorts and a t shirt on Nov. 7th.
I've saved a lot ($) this fall by hardly ever heating my home.
No ac needed.
No heat needed.
Temperatures in the 60s and 70s (for the most part) for 2 months has been awesome!

Dad is similar right now. He wants a frost to happen and usually happens by now..
He's happy that the weekend coming up is frost weather though.
