That’s how Megan and Sarah paid for GS camp, and then some, every summer.
One year Sarah sold over 1,200 boxes and Megan sold over 1,500…!!! :)
How does it work? I don't remember ever having that option to pay for camp! Do you pick the camp? Or is there one camp that kids from all over the US go to? I went to GS camp in Wyoming, but it wasn't paid for by cookie sales that I remember. I was the top seller in my troop every year and I think I maxed at something like 475 boxes, which was really good considering there were only 1000 people in our town. Most of the girls were lucky to sell 50 boxes....I'm pretty sure I was the only one who ever broke 100. I worked my tail off selling cookies, but I was the only one who seemed motivated.

THIN MINTS -- LOTS OF THEM!!! :p
Those are one of my go-tos as well. I LOVE them. I also love the tagalongs and the samoas (aka peanutbutter patties, NOT the peanutbutter sandwich cookies, and caramel delights) They came out with a new one this year that's a brownie cookie with salted caramel, so I have to try those, but apparently you can't order those to be mailed....they are in-person only. It also seems like they only have one option for Gluten Free, which seems kind of sad.

Mine too. I will never get a car without ever again!! I am spoiled!🤣
Most of the 63 years that I lived way up north it didn't even exist. My last car while there (Cadillac) had the seat warmers and the steering wheel warmer. It also had side mirror defrosters. That I used. I also used the under seat fan to prevent swamp butt in the summer on leather. A month or so back I was diagnosed with Neuropathy which leaves my fingers cold most of the time so now I do use the steering wheel heater quite often in the last three weeks.

Happy birthday to him. In some cultures he'd be responsible for supporting you. Maybe time for a new family tradition:angelic:
Very true, knew some Filipino nurses here in the US, several of them living in a one bed apt, hot racking on the mattress (s) , some work day and work night shifts . They saved most of their income and sent it home to support their families monthly.
