The news says 6 - 12 for north of Providence and those near the CT border. 4 - 8 south of Providence and near the ocean.

I dunno about the male name. As for the female name, I've never used it as any trendy expression. Just seemed dumb to me.

Yes that's what happened. School is closed. My local news says our total will be 7 inches. The radar shows that about 45 minutes to an hour from now the last of the snow will be totally off into the ocean....totally stopped. I'll take a photo of my driveway and share it.

Isn't it a snow day make the school year last longer like until June? One thing about a snow day my friend went to boarding school for high school in CT and there were no snow days. Classes happened since faculty and students lived together on campus.

I admit it is pretty....but I have to clear that snow later today and my family of three has to take turns driving 2 vehicles back to our daughter's college in Lynchburg VA tomorrow. Yes I understand it will not snow tomorrow, but this is not what we were hoping for.
Tomorrow's high is only 32F . My All Wheel Drive SUV will be fine but my wife is concerned about our daughter's VW Beetle. Will the roads still be icy tomorrow? They should be totally taken care of by then I said. Yet, she is still concerned.
