The powder room reference reminds me of the Victorian era. (Although, I didn't live back then, but I read about it!) :p

Any “bathroom” ;) on our plans with just a lavatory (sink) ;) and a waste receptacle (crapper) ;) is labeled a “Powder”. And, on some rather large homes, “Powder 1”, “Powder 2”, “Powder 3”, etc....!!!!! :hilarious:
In many instances, one will be on an exterior wall near the pool, accessible from both the interior and exterior, and is, thusly :D, labeled a “Powder/Pool Bath”...I should have such problems...!!!!!!! :joyfull::hilarious:

I like the idea of the powder room in that guests don't have to intrude and use the full bathrooms of the house and can just do their business in the powder room. My house has 2 full bathrooms and no powder room. My big master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. I'm surprised no one has been offended by the word "master"! 😉 since a number of words seem to offend some nowadays.

Oh, people have been, actually.
3 of the 4 partners at our firm have no problem with the main bedroom, and its accoutrements ;), being labeled “Master Bedroom”, “Master Bath”, and “Master (His, Her) Closet(s)”
The one other partner insists, however (because of previous interactions), that those rooms be labeled “Owner’s Retreat”, “Owner’s Spa”, and “Owner’s Wardrobe”...how “Owner’s” is any less offensive than “Master”, I have no clue...!!!! :hilarious:

Elsa wants that:D. She got hungry after using her winter magic and she is known for liking chocolate;).

Come to think of it, It reminded me that people that use magic in video games get very hungry also. There is a female spellcaster in one video game that ate 6 hamburgers in one meal after arriving in town:jawdrop:. She claimed casting magic spells takes up lots of energy.

My aunt is flying in from SC tonight. Her flight was supposed to be at 7:15. It's now taking off at 10:30. So I'm going to the airport at midnight to pick up my aunt. Should be fun.
Is it a weather delay. We had some nasty thunderstorms go through. We were lucky compared to those on the coast who had monsoons with wind and thunder and as you know a storm anywhere on the coast screws up everything

Not as far as I know. Weather here was bad yesterday but cleared and weather down there was fine. I figure it must be the weather from wherever the plane was coming from.

There's three nonstops out of Charleston to BWI and one was cancelled, so I'm going with Elsa is messing everything up.
Well, if the plane came from anywhere around here, I'd be amazed if it ever left the ground. The rain was insane here for hours and hours yesterday -- a lot of flooding, etc. I can't even imagine what all this did to the flight schedules up and down the Eastern seaboard.

Rain is for sure a weather delayer or a safety hazard. I won't forget when my plane years ago was landing on the runway in the pouring rain then when the wheels touched down then the pilot sped up and immediately took off again. An obstacle was on the runway.

We had another thunderstorm last night. Usually I would say it was a bummer that it was small but it's one time that I was thankful it was small with no wind.
