It already started where I live over an hour ago. I've been hearing it. Last night, they were still going off at 2 or 3 in the morning. I have a bad feeling it is going to be a while before they stop.
So it's been going on for about 2 hours so far. I'm rather shocked as some of the stuff going off can't be cheap as it's bigger than the usual bottle rockets by quite a bit

I haven't been home the past two July 4ths. This is the benefit. Last year, I was in Hilton Head. They're illegal there. Except there were some idiots setting off sparklers. We reported them and security made them stop.

Now I'm in WDW. So no fireworks other than Disney's, which I'm about to watch Epcot Forever.

They were reported last year, but were not caught and it last way too long despite the police sirens. The local media even posted the illegal fireworks last year and called it a great display.

The police shortage also is worse this year.

James is eating plate, lost count hours ago:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
I see why you don't have leftovers. I have 5 leftover pork ribs. There is leftover baked beans, Watermelon, sweet potato fries, and fluff. The fluff in this case was from a recipe that has marshmallows, fruit cocktail, oranges, and pineapples. I have a feeling he would've attempted to eat all the leftovers.

They're illegal there, and they're illegal in many other states as well, including mine.

We've had so much rain the past week that it's cut down on the idiots outdoors with fireworks. Last night was a break in the weather, and intermittently from 8-10 PM, various kinds of fireworks were being shot off. Of course, my dog was having a meltdown. :(

For those of us not in WDW, there are a few fun shows on TV tonight for the 4th.

CNN has a special starting at 7 PM (Eastern), showing celebrations and performers from around the country.

Also, PBS has the Capitol 4th special at 8 PM. Macy's fireworks and performers special is on NBC at 8 PM.
We watched our town fireworks from our deck. They were really impressive this year. We also got to see fireworks from around the valley from our hilltop view. It actually wasn’t too loud last night. I went to bed at 10 and slept through the night.

I watched Disney fireworks. Thought the livestream I was watching inserted past 4th of July fireworks because Disney didn't do those. I don't do the whole PBS/Macy's thing. Horrid music. I know people love Coldplay and stuff but I don't.

Though I thought Disney switched over to smokeless fireworks or less smokier?

Smokeless? What do they use LED's. How do they have exploding, burning chemistry and no smoke. I'll bet whatever is used causes lung cancer and be in one of the group lawsuit lawyer commercials in a couple of years.
