I watched Disney fireworks. Thought the livestream I was watching inserted past 4th of July fireworks because Disney didn't do those. I don't do the whole PBS/Macy's thing. Horrid music. I know people love Coldplay and stuff but I don't.

Though I thought Disney switched over to smokeless fireworks or less smokier?
they switched to "green" (less polluting, less bright fireworks) but not less smoky as far I know :P

We thought we were in a battle zone!! Big booms! They spent money here too. Finally heard last one around 12.
Fireworks was non stop up to midnight, but still was going off at 2 in the morning.

The local media claimed there was a fireworks shortage in May/early June, but it didn't sound like it. The only way a fireworks shortage affected something was people were not lighting up fireworks every day in June unlike June of 2020.

Fireworks can kill too. A NHL Columbus goalie died from chest trauma from a fireworks blast yesterday at a party. He was 24 years old.

We stayed a second night in the room. (Buy 2 get one free; we can use the free night when we go to WDW - hopefully for my 50th next…omg…month 🤭)

Picked a place to eat on the beach that was a total winner. Complete with a toast to passing the halfway mark of nursing school and expanding the store. Elsa who?

I know that too and can cause fires if not careful depending on where they land. Someone in Wisconsin got hurt from fireworks 6 days ago in the hands and stomach area. The fireworks were large despite the size being illegal in Wisconsin.

They City I live in had 2 police officers injured from fireworks last night. What happened was someone threw powerful fireworks at them.

The city I live in banned shops from selling fireworks and people shooting them off unless you are a professional. They banned them because of potential of people getting killed or hurt from fireworks. What I mean by professional is the people the city hires for lighting them off in parks, lakefront, or special events. What I mean by special events is if the local sports team wins something big, fireworks shot after festival ends, or a race is finished as examples.

The state law allows people to buy fireworks in Wisconsin, but you need a permit to set them off in the backyard. The ones allowed are toy snakes, sparklers less than 36 inches long, stationary cones and fountains, smoke bombs, caps, noisemakers, and confetti paper with less than 1/4 of explosive mixture.

Also some types of fireworks are supposed to be illegal in Wisconsin. The ones with the big explosions are supposed to be banned, but heard them last night.

They way Wisconsin fireworks laws works is where you live in the state has the right to ban all of them unless you are hired to light them off by government officials, or organizers of special events.

No exactly, Elsa is a bit more sane. ;) Differing degrees of the same mental disorder
Elsa can't help it. She was born with winter magic powers in December. It also took her a long time to control those magic powers.

I'm sure @MinnieM123 wants Elsa's winter magic powers though for stuff like creating snow in yard during summer.

This is a thread from Tripadvisor regarding my wife and I visiting the northern section of North Carolina in late August.
If you are in the mood, I'd value your local input on my plans.
If my first link is successful I'll come back and post a 2nd link.
It's a lot so don't feel obligated to read it all.
Thanks in advance.

@Goofyernmost The first link was successful, this thread (link) was actually posted first on Tripadvisor and the one above was 2nd.
