The instant pot showed an error code showing what was wrong with it. Dh opened it up and what was dead was rather obviousHow did you know what part it was that was broken? (I mean, unless it was a keypad that stopped working, I'm trying to figure out how you could determine what inside mechanism was broken?)
Anyway, I have another solution for you -- order take-out! That way you can avoid kitchen appliances!

One of my Instant Pots died
My keurig machine is about to die. Says descale and I've descaled it but the machine still says it. Also takes forever to make a cup. If I just make a cup of hot water, it's totally fine.
I'm not getting another machine either. Maybe a regular coffee maker. Mr. Coffee

I have a Keurig 2.0 and use it maybe 4-5 times a week. Mostly I just use my Cuisinart drip coffee maker (I have 2 sizes) every morning.
Anyway, wanted to mention that there's also an old (and I mean probably 7 years old) Mr. Coffee single cup machine (like a Keurig) and it still works -- never been descaled or anything!
(I just don't put it out on "display" because it's ugly.)

@ajrwdwgirl , I noticed in N&R that there is an ice cream thread -- apparently, the Boardwalk area is going to bring back ice cream to the (previous) Ample Hills location. From what I gathered from reading the comments, it won't be Ample HIlls, but I think they're looking at some other high end brands (I'm not familiar with the names mentioned). So, maybe soon they might announce what's going in there (one person thought it might just be another Beaches and Cream, but most indicators don't support that.)
So just mentioning the above, as I know you were a big fan of Ample Hills, but maybe something even better might be in store.

@ajrwdwgirl , I noticed in N&R that there is an ice cream thread -- apparently, the Boardwalk area is going to bring back ice cream to the (previous) Ample Hills location. thats interesting, the Boardwalk does need an ice cream shop. Hopefully it will be good.

They finished 26th out of 32 teams. There were so many ties, so there was no second place, fourth place, etc. I am shocked there were so many ties. Her old coach told me that was weird cause they always used to break ties. The fact they made finals was a big accomplishment. There were 26 teams in their grouping on Thursday and they had to be top 5 to advance to Saturday. It was a big accomplishment for this team since they had a rough start and most of the kids are new to each other. Hoping they all come back for next season. Tryouts are next week so we will see. Looking forward to next season.
I think you could even break a Henry.
