Nope. Still haven't gotten mine.
I know not get contacted properly for a vaccine is.

How I got my covid-19 vaccine was later than it should've. The State of Wisconsin had at risk announced as being eligible, but not given an email.

I was supposed to be directly contacted for scheduling me Covid-19 vaccine when I am eligible by email, but that did not happen unlike my parents. I was supposed to contacted by the Healthcare system that my doctors belong to me.

I ended up setting up the appointment for the vaccine on the Healthcare system website without being contacted when the state allowed people over the age of 16 to get the vaccine. I did get booth of my vaccines now although it hasn't been 2 weeks yet for the 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

We just got ours a little over 2 weeks ago...2nd shot is this upcoming Wednesday.
Good for y’all...!!! 👍
I’ve been seein’/readin’ reports of many folks gettin’ their first dose, but, not goin’ back for their second... :cyclops:
IMHO, that’s like paintin’ half your house, or mowin’ half your yard.......or gettin’ half a vasectomy...!!!!! :cautious:🤪🙃:D:hilarious:

After 1st shot of Pfizer, I was tired, with a very slight headache and went to bed early that night. After 2nd shot, I felt absolutely nothing at all. :)

Yep, as I’ve posted before, no issues at all with either Moderna dose.
I’ve also read about vitamin D3 possibly bein’ a protector against COVID.
I was takin’ 10,000 IU a day of D3 well before COVID, for other reasons, so I’m thinkin’ that may have helped prevent side effects from the doses, as well. Have not found any data supportin’ that, but, in the grand scheme of things, this whole thing, as it exists now, is still relatively new.

My best friend got the J&J one, which they aren't using over here anyway, but my understanding was that that one isn't as effective, so I didn't really want that one anyway. I was hoping for Moderna or Pfizer, so I'm glad it will be one of those. I'll drink lots of water and see what happens!

I might point out that you also have the "age" thing helping out. They have determined that the rate of problems diminish as one gets older and that the younger folk are getting more side effects the older. That's not saying your old, or at least not as old as I am, but you are a Grandpa, so you got that senior citizen effects discount.

If you remember, DWifey is only 6 mons. younger than I am, and still had more severe reactions, especially with her second dose, to my no reactions for either dose. No clue what that actually indicates, but, is fact.
And, I’ll take whatever discounts I can get, and I’m so darn happy to be a Grandpa, as I know you are, as well, that I just can’t even see straight sometimes...!!!!!!! :joyfull:🤗😊

Make sure to move your arm around for at least 5 minutes after you get the shot. Windmills and arm pumps;) Let's just say 2 of us did that and had no pain and 2 didn't and they both had pain. One to the point of not being able to sleep for 2 days. I slept well:D
