Soooo forecast is for 10-15 inches. 🤮 Dh may not have work tomorrow and possibly Tuesday because it will last until Tuesday. Since Tuesday is his birthday he is not that distraught over it. It does stink though because it screws up his schedule.
That explains why we are forecast to only hit 65 Monday and Tuesday (and 40’s at night.)

Hey, have all the fun you guys want with snow, but keep the air up there!

Well, maybe if you have a lot of really great Italian food, it might not be great. But if you love Italian food and normally don't have access to it, it's great. There was an "Italian" restaurant in Laramie that opened, and I was so excited to try it, so my boyfriend at the time and I went there for a date night. It was awful. I ordered the spaghetti and it tasted like just crushed tomatoes. There was no flavor at all....no seasonings. My boyfriend got alfredo, which was one of his favorite dishes and it was also bland like there was nothing in it but some flour and either oil or butter, but nothing else. When that is your alternative, Olive Garden is heaven. We didn't have an Olive Garden in Laramie. The closest ones were in either Fort Collins, Colorado, or in Cheyenne, both more than an hour drive. Wyoming isn't really a hotbed of culinary excellence.
It's not all that bad really. I have had meals in Venice, Rome, Tuscany and Pompeii. It's hard to get anymore Italian then that and I find that Olive Garden and REAL Italian food is close to the same. What others are comparing it to is Americanized Italian Food. Immigrants found many different spices and alterations after they came here and that is what we know as Italian. Also there were a lot of people that for whatever reason decided that it was fashionable to be against restaurant chains and are going to put it down even if each meal came with a solid gold ingot.

We ordered in from them a few weeks ago. I ordered plain pasta with marinara. Honestly, it was a waste of money. It was so bad. Maybe it is just ours, but really it was bad. I prefer what we make at home. Sometimes you don’t want to cook though.

We're officially as of now in the 10-15 inch range waiting to see where the bull's eye sets up. If over us 20+ as for me the blowers are set to send it all to @MinnieM123 with any luck

I'm in middle of snow storm right now. It originally was projected to be 6-9 inches, but it already passed it with is still snowing. My younger brother can't shovel or use the snowblower right now due to the 2nd dose of the vaccine he had. He was told not to do any shoveling or snowblowing this weekend.

Well, the was my observation. Italian food in Italy is very bland and spaghetti is almost none existent, but available in tourist catering restaurants. Lot's of varieties of pasta though. Don't get me wrong compared to most of the countries in Europe, Italian food is awesome, but not with the degree of spicing that we are normally used to in the states.

ok most of my recipes are Sicilian not Italian;) My gripe with OG is the bread is overly commercial and the ingredients not fresh;) edit not a lot of spaghetti is used in my house.
