I sleep best when it's colder. :) We usually don't turn our heat on until late October or early November. (Plus, the furnace repair guy has to fix it anyway; he's stopping by this week. Best to get it repaired before we need it, so plenty of time.)

The evil holiday (Halloween) is around my date for the heat. Even a couple weeks ago, I was wearing a sweatshirt inside. I use the small heater if I want to get warm. There is never a happy medium in my place.

Maybe before the kickoff of the 50th. Big celebration or not I can see people wanting to go just to say they were there for it
I feel like I've been seeing more way more Disney commercials lately to get people to go. And wait in crazy lines.

I watched ResortTV1 the other day and the line for Rockin' Roller Coaster was halfway down Sunset Blvd. Granted all physically distanced when the rest of the park (walking, etc) is not.

I'm kinda regretting going to Disney now lol.

I mean, summing the huge increase of visitors, the cut down entertainment, the predicts gigantic lay-offs, the ridiculous return of executive bonuses right after the gigantic lay-offs...

What time was that? First thing in the morning after everyone gets boarding groups for RotR, it was like that, but then by midday it was just out in the plaza. Even so the line moves quickly and they don't do any wrapping around inside, so when it was out in the plaza, it was maybe a 20-30 minute wait unless they had to stop to clean.

What's crazy to me is that TSM used to be impossible to get on and last trip that became my default "I need a short line" ride that wasn't Star Tours.

I think Huge is a huge exaggeration. If the thing continues to increase in Florida, the crowds you are thinking about will not exist. There may be a whole lot more smoking going on in the parks due to cultural life patterns. Can you say invincible?

I say weigh what makes a trip worth it to you. For some it's the entertainment, some rides, some food, some a combo. For me not that we can go currently it's not worth it but to others it is.

I was just hoping for less crowds to balance the reduced entertainment.
The crowd levels are probably a little exaggerated. Considering how empty it was last month, having a few more people there won't kill the experience. My experience was that posted wait times were also usually exaggerated.

It was a good time to take the camera around and get some cool shots.
