By the right side, you mean the left, right? It helps having the steering wheel on the RIGHT side of the car. And a few cushions.

This popped up on my Facebook news feed...it was another "I'm gonna tell her" moment to the person who shared it...

Yeah, the person who shared it was a very sweet lady who I know didn't realize. I told her uh, well, it's not real, very politely. What was funnier was that the original page it was posted on no one figured it out...someone even said "That looks like a statue"...I had a good laugh. Guess Disney Imagineers really are that good.I had a friend share this picture on FB too and said how amazing the elephants were and beautiful. I politely pointed out that it was a Disney Jungle Cruise picture and I think she was a little embarrassed because she thought it was a real elephant. I really didn't try to embassy her, she hasn't ever been to a Disney park so I suppose it wasn't familiar to here. However, if she would look at my pictures or go with me then she would know!
We have a 10 girl squad for both Football and Basketball. All the girls are awesome and me being the Flyer on the team I really rely on every one of them a lot. I also love our coach. She is actually one of us really. She is one of the youngest teachers in our school and she really looks out for us girls like a big sister.Yeah, our big sport was basketball. Everyone came to the games. Our football team lost every game for like 7 years in a row....no one bothered to come to those games. The stands were practically empty. Not many girls wanted to cheer for Football, because it was cold and our team was awful, but it required coordination, so it was harder to make that squad than it was to make Wrestling cheerleading. Basketball cheerleading was the hardest to make, and it was weird because we only had 5 girls plus one alternate on Basketball cheerleading, but we had something like 7 or 8 on Football...I don't know why.
Yeah with German working it online it was like I was left out in the cold. Almost all of my friends were taking Spanish and a few French so I pretty much had no one. My parents don't know German so they weren't much of a help either. Wow, they go to school really late. I will be going back on August 10th which I don't want to think about. Right now my school district hasn't really decided if they are going to start online or partial days going to school and some online.Yeah, I think it's harder to learn at home because you don't have anyone to pronounce the words for you, etc. My daughter is doing really well in both French and German, but she's had to help a couple of her friends because they just aren't getting it at home. Only one month left of school here now, and they are back part time. They divided the class into 3 groups and they go every 3 days. According to E, the kids who are failing have to be in 2 groups, so they are going 4 days a week. Her group was only supposed to have 6 kids in it, all of her friends, but they added a kid this week who was failing, and at least one of her friends was also put into a 2nd group this week. Hopefully they can bring their grades up in this last month. Otherwise that won't be in E's class next year, which would be a bummer.
Thanks for the advice. I know I am going to want a bit of both worlds when I go to college. I am going to want to do well in the classes and also have fun and go to parties. Hell, that is just me. I want to experience it all I guess. It might even be worse in college, because the projects tend to be more difficult and there are a lot of students who are only there because mom and dad are paying for it, and they get to party...who cares whether they pass? They aren't invested in it and have nothing to lose if they fail. You'll need to choose your groups wisely.
I am gonna make sure I have an easy schedule my Senior Year.My senior year was Physics, Calculus, English, Govt/Econ, Speech and Debate, German III, and Choir. I lived through it....I'm sure you'll be fine, even if you don't have an easy breezy schedule.
Is this the photo of @Mr Ferret 88 driving a car?Cushions. Well, I'm glad to hear that's how you elevate yourself high enough to drive the car. I had just assumed from the photo I shared a few minutes ago, that your butt was sitting on the bottom of the steering wheel, and that was how you drove your car.
I sat on cushions the first time I moved a motorized vehicle Actually a couple of layers of foam rubber duct taped togetherIt helps having the steering wheel on the RIGHT side of the car. And a few cushions.
Shhhhhh!! I'm a helpless girly girlI really don't think that there is even the remotest possibility of that happening. There is no reason that along with "jack of all trades" there cannot also be "Jane's (figmentfan) of all trades".
The last 2 weeks of August were wonderful almost everything was a walk onYeah with German working it online it was like I was left out in the cold. Welcome to my life!
Where’s that booster seat??!!@Mr Ferret 88 , it must be a bit of a challenge to see above the steering wheel though. Just sayin' . . .

If we move to Guernsey, you can cart us around cause I don’t do shifting! I refuse to cause auto is easier. It's been a few years since I learned to drive, but I get where you are coming from. To me I don't even think about shifting. You will get there in time .
Edit ; A lot of stick shift is fuel economy especially in urban driving .
Mix it up a little. I had AP economics, AP Spanish, College Algebra, and AP English (although AP English was a joke...I still got a 4 on the exam, though) but then I had journalism, screenwriting, and chorus. It was balanced. I wasn't overly stressed, but the credits I earned from AP classes helped so I was able to skip a semester of college later (I graduated in 3.5 years).I am gonna make sure I have an easy schedule my Senior Year.
Only he usually has more dirt on his fur.
Yeah, right! Helpless, that's the ticket.Shhhhhh!! I'm a helpless girly girl
I can neither confirm not deny this
