How hard do you think it would be to close off a 2 story foyer? We have one, but it is wasted space. We could use it as a loft space on the second floor. It also allows for tons of echoing in the house. We can hear someone speaking from the first floor all the way in the attic. The space is maybe 10X10.

Not knowin’ exactly what the space looks like, I can’t assess the difficulty, but, it’s an existing interior space so you’re not gonna’ be dealin’ with any exterior walls or materials, which means it shouldn’t be a big, expensive deal.
Plus it would probably add to the value of your home, as it would add another usable space. These days, most folks are much more Interested in options like that than soarin’ foyers. Folks like options...! :)

I can't sing and the only Spanish I know can't be repeated here. I'm good;)

It may, or may not ;), be similar for me here in Texas...I once played on an Austin city league soccer team where, besides the coach, I was the only dude on the team that didn’t speak fluent Spanish, and the others didn’t speak English...!!!!! :hilarious:
I played on the same IBM team with the coach as my Pop did, and he invited me to play on their city league team. It was not only totally fun, but, it was also a great learning experience...!!!!! :hilarious:

❤❤❤❤❤

I am soooo soooo soooo happy to have my kid back on the mound. I love watching him, and most of all I love how much he loves it.

Life is finally returning to some type of normalcy.

Looks like the Switch may be dead, off the charger, and I don’t think he’s even noticed.
Whew, real life has replaced gaming once again. This is such a sight for my sore eyes!!

I’m actually surprised you don’t just sleep outside during the winter...!!!!! :D:hilarious:;)

Don't laugh. When I was a kid, I asked my mother if I could build an igloo in the backyard and do an "Eskimo sleepover" with my friends! :hilarious:

My idea got nixed. (Much to the dismay of my brothers and I, we were not allowed to build any sort of snow forts or igloos, because my mother was afraid they could cave in, and we could suffocate and die.) She had no sense of fun at all. :p

In Florida I definitely have never seen enough snow to build an igloo, but maybe I could convince my mom and dad if I could build a mud hut and have a sleep over. They might think it will collapse and suffocate me and my friends, but they would also think maybe an alligator might come and get us if we slept outside. 😂

@StarWarsGirl have you seen the book called Queen's Peril about the life of Padme Amidala? It is a prequel to Queen's Shadow and is written by E.K. Johnston.

On that same line of thinking, Lost Stars...great book. It starts out after Revenge of the Sith and goes through after Return of the Jedi following two original characters. It's a great read.
