Restaurants getting 50% capacity is not going to happen in the city I live in anytime soon.

Bars and Restaurants in the city I live got the option to reopen at 25 percent capacity last week Friday.

A lot of Restaurants and Bars are still drive thru or carry out only because they stated they would be losing money at 25 percent capacity including the Supper Club that my parents go for Special special occasions.
Don't you live in Wisconsin? I thought the restaurants were open there.

Just been announced today that of Saturday 20th June all restrictions are being lifted on island. Back to 100% normal .
All that's left is border restrictions and 14 day self isolating for incoming people.
So if you go to the mainland to get something, you have to self isolate for 14 days before going back to work? I bet there won't be a whole lot of traffic going back and forth!

That is me with dance. I've been doing it since I was 6 years old and I love it. I have decided I would not go to college for Dance Performance because it is so hard to get a job in that. If I do take anything related to dance it would be in education. My parents however don't really like the idea much at all.
Well, whatever you decide, it's YOU who has to find a job, and YOU who will be doing it for the rest of your life...it's got to be something you won't mind doing every day.

The Percy Jackson books are awesome. So much better than the two movies. I also love the Harry Potter books and have read the Twilight and Hunger Games books as well. I have also read the Divergent series which was good. I haven't read Little Men or Jo's Boys though by Louisa May Alcott. That might be something to look into.

I also haven't read Gemma Doyle by Libby Bray. I do tend to enjoy fantasy books so this might work for me.

The Chronicles of Narnia books are fantastic. I loved them.
If you like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, I think you'll like Gemma Doyle. It's set in a different time period, but it's a similar type thing. I never read the Divergent series because a bunch of my friends were reading it and then the 3rd book came out and they all said the ending was stupid and ruined the whole trilogy, so I didn't bother.

Since a few of us on this thread have been chatting about this, I have learned a lot and I just want to thank you all for the words of wisdom you all have gave me on this topic. I am only 16 right now and will only be turning 17 in late September. I have 2 years of High School left and even though my first two years seemed to have flown right by, I still think I have time to decide. @Songbird76 you are right it is my decision but I don't want to make my parents mad especially if they are helping me with any of the tuition come that time. I know deep down I would love to teach in a Dance Studio like the one I have learned at all these years since I was little. It would be a job that I would love to get up and do everyday. I am also only 16 and haven't experienced other stuff so there just might be something waiting for me down the road. Who knows.

James' class isn't bad at all. Year 3 starts in September:joyfull:
Can anyone sign up for it or is it offered through your homeschooling program? I'm wondering if I should look into an actual class for E. She really seems to be into it, but then she's also got all her regular classes, which they take so many more here. We had 7 classes at one time in high school, but E has 13, so I don't know if adding to her workload would be a good thing. But if she's already doing it on her own anyway, and she wants to learn it, maybe it's worth it.

Hello friends!
I'm hoping all of you are well.
I'm wondering what to do this weekend.
We've been to state and county parks Sat. after Sat. after Sat.
Would love to do something else.
Hmmm. Still thinkin' 🤓
Go purchase a blank canvas, water colors, and brushes. Then set out to a spot other than a park. it can be on the beach or anywhere. Then just start painting what you see around you. You don't have to be a fantastic painter either.

I will have to give Gemma Doyle a look out.

The first Divergent is worth reading as a stand alone book IMHO
