Yes, definitely poison ivy. Leaves of three, let it be.
Another way to tell is the center leaf is bigger than the other two and if you look closely, the veins in the leaves don't align in the middle. I hate that stuff and currently have a small rash on my arm from yard work the other day. And some have smooth leaf edges, some jagged.
Thank You!! It is in this rather more natural planting bed we have in the middle of our front lawn. I was taking the weed wacker to some things and stopped short when I saw it. Have to find something to kill it. Won't take the chance pulling it out even with gloves.

I did not even see what I got into the other day. Was weedeating and must have slung some up on my arm.

Cheer is also a very rigorous activity and many are complaining about just walking in the parks in the heat with them on. Try doing a full cheer routine in the Florida heat with a mask on. Not gonna happen. Pyramids, Stunts, Spotting all of that just don't work with a mask or Social Distancing. I am one of the smaller girls that gets thrown around called a "Flyer" as you probably know that term as your daughter is in cheer. I rely heavily on my squad or I'd have so many bruises and even broken broken if they didn't have my back. I trust every one of them on my squad 100% or I wouldn't be doing it because I would hurt myself and the others. I think come the Fall if we have to cheer with Masks my Faculty Sponsor will unfortunately elect not to cheer. It just won't be safe for us.
My daughter has also always been a flyer. She is a tiny 9 year old. They practice indoors and there is no AC in there. If they wear masks with the rigorous activity you would have kids passing out.

We always practiced outdoors and well in Florida it is hot anyway for the most part. The only time we practice in the school gym is when it rains. The gym is almost always taken up by something else in the Fall and in the Winter it always is. I love the Flyer position on the squad. There isn't any way that we could cheer with masks though. I hope they figure something out before school starts so cheer can happen. I will be so sad if there is no cheer in the Fall.

Is something like this in your future then? I thought about one for myself actually.

3 families down our road have this same pool! They must be popular this year!🤣

Saw that at Walmart today. :hilarious:

This is funny. I had an email today from a friend who has been working from home, for the past few months. She was saying how she had no desire to travel anywhere for vacation this year, so she decided to go out and buy herself a pool, exactly like the one you're all talking about!!! :hilarious: I told her she should join in the company's group Zoom meetings, from her backyard pool !! :p

I read somewhere online that people were using livestock watering tanks as pools these days. Not sure I would go for that either.

That's why we're thinking of going to Hilton Head. Although Maryland is opening back up. Restaurants are going to be able to open at 50% capacity for indoor dining starting Friday, and then next week gyms and small businesses. I have to read the full announcement from the governor.
Restaurants getting 50% capacity is not going to happen in the city I live in anytime soon.

Bars and Restaurants in the city I live got the option to reopen at 25 percent capacity last week Friday.

A lot of Restaurants and Bars are still drive thru or carry out only because they stated they would be losing money at 25 percent capacity including the Supper Club that my parents go for Special special occasions.

I am afraid of what Hershey Park will expect from guests. Figure we finally get season passes and this all happened. I won't go unless we can visit in a normal way. I cannot go to a theme park and wear a mask in the heat and worrying if my family is 6 feet from another. I go to an amusement park to have fun and not to have worries, or be forced to take on the worries of others. It was so refreshing to go to the gym yesterday. There is another gym for wrestling training that I guess the local high school in the area uses. It was full. It was so nice to see so much normalcy yesterday.

I don’t see us spending much time at KI this year. The rules sound miserable... but we will go to ride Orion.. I’m just really hoping that fast lane doesn’t go away!!! I’d think they’d need the money now more than ever.

If it wasn’t for the changes and knowing that we won’t go often, then I would have never joined the club. They do have really nice clay courts, and I wish T played tennis more often, so I’m thinking of getting him some lessons there while sports camps are closed or wait listed. I will say that yesterday it looked like coronavirus didn’t exist, minus the markers and signs. Golf course was busy, pool was busy, Tennis courts were all in use- and that’s only a Wednesday afternoon. I’m curious to see what it’s like on a weekend. We have a “clubhouse only” membership, so golf is not included for us.. much to T’s dismay.. but I’m not even sorry, I already think it was too much money and won’t end up being worth the cost for us..there’s no way we’ll go enough. Might be back to Soak City only next year.lol
Though I should say that he had an absolute blast today. Apparently several of his classmates were there and they had several hours of Marco Polo and seeing who could do the biggest cannon ball splash. 😂. I’m hoping he gets invited often, then I’ll feel better about joining 🤞
