Spray them with chilli powde, I believe. I'll ask my mom what she does exactly, but basically, she does something along those lines. It keeps the animals off and then she just washes the produce before we eat it. For the stuff we're not eating, she uses a thing called Deer Off.

She also does a couple of earth boxes and does netting around those. Those are where she does her tomatoes and cucumbers.
I sprayed hot sauce on plants before. Just got too lazy to keep doing it.

My mother would have killed me if I had ever even thought about it. I was the only senior there on " senior skip day" except one other girl whose foster father was the school guidance counselor.
I was one of the 2 students that didn't do Senior Skip day. My reasoning is my parents and I'm sure they wouldn't be pleased if I did.

The thing is the class I way in had 3 or 4 "Senior Skip Days". This happened in the 1990s and I can't remember all the days anymore. The seniors were going to places like the Wisconsin Dells and the Six Flags Great America. Six Flags was less than 50 miles away where I live. I remembered hearing about the seniors going to those to place

The way I looked at it, I came out ahead due to the graduation gift. My parents gave me a WDW trip as a graduation gift. I am not a water park person and does not like to do a lot of coasters in a day.

Hmmm... just those choices... I'd likely go with felafel pita or maybe veggies and hummus. I do like a good grilled cheese, though. I don't tend to do sandwiches with meat very much - just not a luncheon meat fan at all and b/c of health issues I haven't done any red meat in over 30 years. I do like a fried chicken sandwich every once in a while, but don't think I'd list it as a favorite.
Your sandwich favorites are my favorites as well!

More bug drama at our house...

Mommy!!!! There's a bug in the bathroom!!!!!! Get it!!!!

MOM!! You were supposed to put it outside not flush it down the toilet!!

... Maybe when it gets to the waste water facility, he can get a job there... I bet he could make the poop less sticky so it's easier to sort from the water....

You know,... Those pipes are pretty long... He might get hungry.... I'm going to go poop so he can have a snack.....

Mommy, can we go to the waste water facility so we can visit Jaggy? That's what i named the bug...

No, Mommy, Jaggy isn't dead, he's just lonely, so we need to find more bugs to flush down there to keep him company.... Can we go on a nature walk to collect bugs?!?

No, kid. No we cannot. 🤢😂

Are they making you go back? I actually wanted to go back to school. My main priority at school was the social part and I missed it with my friends. :D I was going crazy. I hope they have this under control the time school rolls around for next year. I want to start cheer and all the fun stuff again. They can keep the classes if they want. Just Joking Ha
My youngest, 9, does All Star cheer. She just started practice today. She was so excited all day. I was happy having some normalcy back in her life.

So now we're talking about going to Hilton Head if something opens up at the Disney resort.

Conversation with Mom: I think my bike rack fits on your car. I could just bring my bike.
Mom: No we can rent bikes down there.

Dad a few minutes later....
"Does your bike rack fit on our car? Then we wouldn't have to rent a bike for you."
Oh gee, like I said...😂
Are they taking reservations? I checked 2 weeks ago and they hadn’t been.

I am for sure gonna do Senior skip day and if they had a Junior skip day I'd be on that one too this year. :) I live 30 minutes away from WDW so that is where they go and I am not gonna miss that fun.

First off you deserve every bit of that favorite career choice of being retire. You may not have had a specific career path, but damn you are such a well rounded person that knows a ton of stuff. That right there just blows my mind that one person could do all of those things and succeed at them too. That deserves a huge CONGRATULATIONS right there. You know if I could just succeed at one of those things in life I would say I was successful. This post right here I want to print out and frame and just from time to time look at so I can say to myself I can do it and give me motivation. Thank you for this so much.
What a nice thing to say. Thank you! And the best of luck in whatever you choose. Believe me I didn't start out thinking that I didn't have a profession goal, I just didn't and went with the flow. I actually envied those that had a goal. I knew some that wanted to be wall street people or accountants or nurses or a computer programmer. All of them probably made more money in their quest then I did, because I was always starting over, but I was fortunate that I went up the ladder quickly in the places I went, but financially I could have done better. I fall under the heading of "Jack of all trades and master of none." However, I was never without a challenge and I don't regret anything about my life. At least business wise. I guess all I am saying, in way to many words, is I am not advocating for how I did my life, because I could just have easily ended up living under an interstate bridge in a refrigerator box. Luck has a lot to do with it and also being able to accept what is available and not always holding out for that big prize. Or not being afraid to work for it.
