No upswing as far as I know. I know people were up in arms over the Memorial Day gatherings like the pool fest video in Tennessee, and it has been reported that there was no spike. Remember that the virus is killed in under 2 minutes of temperatures of over 85. The biggest problems have been from indoor spreading.
I think that depends on where one gets the information. I just asked the question in google and this is the quote. "The survival times at 80% RH and 40°C [104°F] were less than 7 hours for proxies of ... SARS is 85% identical to COVID-19."

Sweet Potatoes are very divisive. People either love um or hate um.
I absolutely hate sweet potatoes. It would have to be the only thing available and me starving for me to eat them, and I'd eat grass before I'd eat sweet potatoes.

What did you think of the soprano humorously singing Star Trek on the video I provided you?
She should do the TNG theme next.

A certain somebody loves the harness
She does. She's funny, though. Getting her into it is a chore. Once she's out there, she's happy. But she won't leave my lap. So I get a cushion for the lounge chair and bring her there because that's the only place where she'll let me put her down momentarily to get myself together.

That picture was taken while she was on my chest. 🙄

We still use the harness and the leash for her safety, though. It makes us feel better too.

Sweet potatoes = 🤢
I love sweet potatoes. Sweet potato casserole is one of the traditional dishes my parents have for Thanksgiving.

I also like sweet Potato fries with Marshmallow dipping sauce. Sweet Potato fries with Marshmallow dipping sauce is one of the foods I traditionally look forward to having at Door County. Door county has a bbq Restaurant located in Egg Harbor that has that as an appetizer.

This year though, I am not going to Door County. The trip is delayed till next year.

T went out and ran a mile with a friend and friend’s dad.. he just got home, I asked him if he wanted to play corn hole and then do pull ups on our bar, he said “I need an hour to relax and watch the History Channel”
🤣🤣

This kid. He is obsessed with NatGeo and the History Channel lately, I’m so tempted to cancel Disney+ and Netflix.. we rarely watch them. Though, I did see that Polyanna is on Disney+. Maybe we’ll do a movie night tonight.
You know there are some NatGeo and history things on Disney and Netflix. I've watched several...the bonus with that is you aren't relegated to whatever is playing at the time. You can choose things more in line with your personal interests. I watched something about the tomb of Jesus, something about the ancient Mayans I think it was on Disney+? And on Netflix, I watched a series about the Windsor family, and something else about castles. And some WWII history shows. My daughter goes on youtube and watches TedEd videos and sciency stuff, but she also enjoys the history programs on Netflix and Disney+.

Well, there was a spike in cases here after people held an illegal gathering one weekend when the weather was nice. And in Germany a couple of weeks ago, they opened up restaurants and such for outdoor seating, and there were over 100 new cases because of this one pub owner. He was so happy he could finally open again that he held a party...a week or 2 later, there were 118 people who had gone to that pub and gotten sick. Same with a church service somewhere in either Belgium or Germany, though that would have been inside, where the pub thing was an outdoor terrace. Then again, over here, we don't usually get to 85 degrees until July/August and then we have about 3 weeks of summer temperatures and then we're back to upper 60s/lower 70s. It depends on your climate.

Let them know they'll have to have a reservation to get into a park and a resort reservation does not guarantee you will be able to get one. No resort or park hopping either. edit resort hopping with dining reservation if you can get one
What I read on DFB is that most of the resorts aren't even open. People said they were offered the option to upgrade their resort stay to a DVC villa and pay the price difference, or cancel their trip all together. One poster said they tried to rebook in 2021 and were not allowed to. They don't know when the other resorts will open, so I would guess that's why you can't resort hop....most of the things aren't even open.

I never liked sweet potatoes until I moved to North Carolina. Around here, what with NC being the Sweet Potato producer for the world, you cannot swing your arm without finding Sweet Potato's in one form of the other. Having taken 65 years to reach the level of maturity required to cast off my childhood dislikes, I decided to try them and to my complete surprise they were really good. They are a regular part of my diet now. Everything from Sweet Potato Pie (y'all), SP fries, plain SP's with butter or marshmallows and all the other things that can be done with them. Them's good eatin' right there!
