Nope, we’re still distancing. Everyone is stayin’ home and just takin’ it easy today. We have had 2 FaceTime calls with them today though. She was eatin’ part of a vegan grilled cheese sandwich, some pomegranate seeds, and kale chips during the first call.
The second call (about 45 mins. ago), she was dancin’ singin’ all over the place and just bein’ silly...she’s sooooooo funny right now...!!!!!!!
Also, in our last call she wanted Pappy to be a puppy, so I obliged...!!!!!

About 1.5 weeks ago the Air Force Thunderbirds did a flyover of the San Antonio (my hometown ) and Austin areas....!!!!!!! 
Today, the Central Texas Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (including 9 vintage military planes) are also doing a flyover of both cities...!!!!!!!
Today’s flight was delayed because of weather, but, they’re in the air now...unfortunately, we were not able to be in places to see either, but, I’ll see if I can find some video of both to post later...!!!

Poor B. He came out and saw my bike, and his reaction was, "Well, where's mine?" We're still looking for him because he needs one with the coasting breaks (pedalling backwards). I felt bad for the kid.

Soccer offers go out tomorrow. This is going to be so weird without tryouts or a spring season. We go to 9v9 this year.. which means we need 2-3 more kids on the roster. As do the other teams in our age group.. we’re all waiting to see what happens. At this point I have no idea who will be moving up to our team.. we already had 2 move from the team below us, over the winter, but they have never played a game with our team, only winter training... T and 3 of the other boys did training with a year older due to b-ball conflicts, so we’ve really never seen the dynamic of the whole team together.. We’re all waiting impatiently for tomorrow. I’m assuming that roster changes will come from inside the club this year, in the absence of in-person tryouts for other kids to try out for the club.
I just hope we remain a team of good kids who get along well.. and parents who all get along and many of us who have become friends outside of soccer. That dynamic can make or break a team, and my own enjoyment of spending most of my free time on a soccer field with said parents

The boys are not allowed near my machine. If they wish to wash their own clothes they can take some laundry soap and their clothes down to the lake and clean them by beating them over a rock

The Minnesota Arboretum has now opened some of the walking trails to a select number of visitors now. I was able to snag hubs and I a time slot today and the weather was gorgeous. Some of the tulips were still looking good, there were crab apples, rhododendrons, lilacs, other flowers, and even a couple of peonies. I thought I’d share some pictures. We ended up walking about 5 miles of trails.
